Is death penalty an option in Colorado?

I don't think he committed the act. The guys a sleaze but for some reasonn I think he communicated with the real murderer

I don't really know about death penalty in the state of Colorado but if he is found guilty by the jury... I think he should die for the crimes he committed

If he's guilty the death penalty is too good for him. Let him 'mingle' with the rest of the prison population....(and this goes for all the other sex offenders too)....I firmly believe that the punishment should fit the crime.

What happened to innocent UNTIL proven guilty?
Besides this guy didn't do it, he wants fame. He's a COMPLETE weirdo, that doesn't make him a killer....even if the little turd says he did it.
