No, and before someone jumps on me because I said that.. I'll explain. Why do people come to the United States Illegally? (rhetorical) It is because they can find work here. Why can they find work here? It is because a business would rather pay an illegal far below minimum wage to do the same work (or more). Why would they risk that? Because there is no real criminal law in place to prevent this. Don't throw out the immigrants, it is not their doing, they are trying to earn a living. Penalize the businesses, they are the honey that brings the populous to this country. You do away with the prize and there is no race to cross the border. We also save a great deal of money on deportations. You raise a fine to the point where a business would go out of business and less will take that risk. Fewer jobs for illegals, fewer illegals.

Yes I do without a doubt. No one should be given amnesty.
To anyone that happens to be illegal. If you are not here legally you should not be here at all. I don't care if you don't have money.
My taxes should not go for your health care, and they will if you or your kids get sick. Of course you'll go to the hospital for treatment. You'll be asked for insurance. You won't have it. The hospital can't send you away if it's an emergency, and you know it. Who do you think ends up paying that bill? Part of it falls on TAX money. The rest the hospital sucks up and passes on to other consumers (patients).
There is a difference between legal and illegal. That needs to be enforced. I don't care what nationality a person is if they are illegal they need to go.

You think we should pick and choose? Do you think all bank robbers should go to jail? Do you think some people should be able to run red lights not stop at any stop signs?
I think this all comes down to a rule of law and everyone has to abide, nobody gets a walk.
If we keep letting this illegal get away with crime as they have been this country will drive majority of the population into anarchy. That you don't want !

there are ILLEGAL INMIGRANTS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD and alot of people's relatives(ancesters) where once Illegal or at least inmigrants.
BUT I support the idea of kicking all the illegal inmigrants out of the USA just so our (usa) economy suffers the consecuenses they are an important part of it and the goverment knows it tha's why they haven't done it.
OOO and they do pay taxes !!
The USA should throw the Homeless drug addict, and lazy Citizens out of here they do nothing but take money from the states , Hispanics come here to earn money Not to live on the streets like them.

Nations should respect and enforce their own laws. The law says that someone here illegally should be deported. We need to respect our own laws or we will become a 3rd world barbaric society.

No. Children who were brought here by their parents are blameless. People who were recruited by American companies so said companies can avoid paying legitimate American wages to American workers often have no idea they are illegally here..Americans come and get them, so what do they know? Many should go, probably most...but then the definition of an undocumented immigrant should be standardized. Cuban immigrants no matter how they get here are never illegal--as long as they touch land.

Yes, if they came across the border of their own accord and broke our laws they should be deported as soon as possible, And if they have had a baby here the baby and children should go with them. Do you think Mexico would care if it was the other way around.

yes without delay,all of them i dont care if they came from the north or south border they are all criminals every one,,and dont give me the crap about companies getting people to come here and not knowing they are illegal,, if the company you worked for asked you to do something illegal would you?

Maybe you should try reading a little American history and economics.
Immigrants, illegal or not, are the real labor force that sustain most of the commerce and industry activities in the US, notwithstanding the fact that they do it for really little money, in most cases.
