LOL, I sincerely thought it would have been more. To subscribe to DUH-bya's failed policies places one must be either a complete dunce as you suggested or wealthy and not give a damn about the rest of the country but rather just their bottom line $$$$. Isn't NEOCON compasssion grand?

Actually, there are a lot of fairly intelligent people who buy Bush's arguments.

They believe that actions of the executive branch should be above the law, and reviewable by the courts. They believe that the goals of national security trump constitutional requirements, and that therefore ultimately the courts will determine that Bush was justified in breaking the laws as he did.

While I don't think those arguments have any legal leg to stand on, that doesn't mean the people advocating them lack intelligence.

Perspective and common sense maybe, but not intelligence.
