Im doing this thing for my history class and I need some ideas about some bills that could be passed Ive already got some that I think should be passed but I want to see some other peoples views on this...I'll list the site where I got my info and use only ur screen name for refrence....heres the gude lines for my project the bills cant be or never have been tried to be passed before...they can be about just about anything....any help you guys can give me will b greatly appreciated....thanks! =)

I think a bill abolishing the death penalty should be passed, a bill that would insure that everyone is given a home(meaning that if you buy a home out of your budget , the the realtors are required to pay you to live there if no one else will purchase it at the existing price.), stiffen sentences for people who have committed hate crimes, abolish gentrification just so a blighted part of the city can be deemed "livable" for white people who wouldn't set foot inside there if they weren't paid to do so; forcing those who have lived there originally to move somewhere else because they can no longer afford to live in that part of the city. Reverse the smoking ban because it's not doing anything at all but allowing the anti-smoking nazis to tell people how they should live their lives. Drugs and prostitution should be legalized.

We should also legalize polygamy because let's face it, it's probably the only way marriages will last past 10 years(and it could be for both homosexuals and heterosexuals...including bisexuals)
