I say we impeach his dumb *** and maybe he'll resign in order to avoid the trial. Then again, Cheney should also be impeached if he's gonna take Bush's place.

some communities nonetheless think of Bush grow to be marvelous. It would not take too many people to be some. and that i hear his mom nonetheless likes him so as that's one suited there. in actuality as time is going on i think of historical past will choose him much greater negatively than any Democrat or perhaps Republican does right this moment. outdoors of triumphing the "guy i could prefer to share a lager With" award, he grow to be an exceedingly clueless president, in each way a president is judged. i think of we've been variety to him, enable's no longer forget approximately his approval scores have been the optimal ever for a president only after 9/11. no longer too many presidents have had the possibility to deliver the country at the same time as he did, and failed miserably. the shown fact that his approval went from almost ninety %, all the way down to 20 seven %, is each and all of the consequences of his very own doing. He 'stayed the direction', long after people advised him he grow to be headed right into a typhoon.

Approval ratings mean nothing when it comes to the impeachment of the president. You need a majority in the House and two thirds of the Senate for that. That won't happen in the 2006 elections.
By the way, Al Franken joked that if he'll be elected to the Senate in 2008, he'd try to get a quickie impeachment during the two and a half-week period between the beginning of his own term and the end of Bush's term. I found it amusing (and totally impossible).

I'd say, you ought to be very vigilant and expect another catastrophy, similar to 9-11, for which the administration will blame, "sending the wrong message to terrorists", when we should have been "staying the course", as did the Captain of the HMS Titanic!!! Yes, Bush's numbers are dropping, like a Hydrogen Bomb!!!! Question is, will it be your town or mine????
Impeach and imprison the whole Re-THUG-lican gang, before it's too late, for America!!!

What do we do now? We let him lead, like he was elected to do. All the nimrods out there that believe the negative press, that ride the most current "wave" of president bashing, should just realize he's a better president than others in the past. He's doing something about terrorism, and I support it. Gee, I wonder why we never heard about the Taliban when Clinton was in office... Probably because he didn't want to do what's being done now, for fear of "some" people not liking him!!! To anyone that thinks they could do a better job, or find someone that could, and continue to bash the current administration, get a life...

If approval rating were an indication of whether a president should be impeached, then we would have gotten rid of Truman when he was doing his greatest work.

Don't count on it. He wasn't impeached after it was discovered there were no WMD's. He's not going to be impeached now because the American population doesn't support him. When was the last time the government really listened to the people anyway?
