I know there's a ceasefire, but how long will that last? Anyway, I think I have a fair idea why they are involved, but am not aware of all the details. One of the public relations people for the Israeli army is also an American, something I found quite odd. Also, American planes carrying supply bombs for Israel were banned from using Shannon as a stop over (even though it's still being used for some 'dodgy' activities to do with Iraq, but that's another story..). Why are they supplying bombs?

For some reason, I referred to Republican states as BLUE today! Dumb. Red is one of my favorite colors and Dems are occasionally accused of having socialist ("red") leanings . . . so why are we blue? Because we're sad that we lost the recount?

I'll skip mentioning any names, but the end results make otherwise pretty women look like some half-baked medical experiment gone awry. Like some mad scientist's attempt to graft a duck with a trout. my dad says that i can't get an abbreviated schedule for school because then social security wont give me my check. (by the way my mom passed away when i was 13 ... so i've been getting social security. i'm 17 now) i just think that my dad doesnt want me home from school earlier than i have too. if this is false i want to know so i can get an abbreviated schedule, because this is my senior year and i dont want to work harder than i have to. i want to drop pre-cal and spanish 3.

Two large tour busses in town were unloading Latinos carring water jugs, plastic bag luggage, and had carpet taped to their feet. The Ones getting on were nicley dressed, new luggage, and cheap sunglasses.

all tenants have reported to landlord that elevator was not working properly in apartment building (including me) so elevator malfunctioned causing back injuries i went to a chiropractor and 2 neurologist all came to same conclusion of back injury and post traumatic stress disorder. i reported the accident to owners and landlord and they ignored it. do i have a lawsuit?

I have a friend who was a military brat, born while her dad was stationed in Taiwan. She's a US citizen. Her passport has expired and she says her birth certificate is almost unreadable (not sure if she washed it or what, I didn't ask). She wants to get a passport but they probably wouldn't accept her birth certificate in the shape it's in. She's not sure of what process she'd have to go through to get a new birth certificate since she was born in Taiwan. She said her dad has one of her passports that expired a long time ago.

Any ideas on how she'd get a new passport?

The author of such memorable phrases as : "who hasn't sinned, cast the first stone" (or something like that), who dined with the poor and prostitutes while others thought he was nuts, who preached tolerance and was bullied for it....Don't you think he'd be called a crazy, tree-huggin liberal right now by the same conservatives that use his name right now?
Why is his name used in explaining intolerance today ?( hate the gays,women,immigrants,mexicans,arabs,blacks, everybody that dont look like you basically..) While he maybe didn't agree with someone's lifestyle, did he ever treat anybody like second class citizens?

He was arrested while I was away out of state. They held him for 4 days stating he did not pay a fine(in wich he did and even had the receipt on him) Monday when he was able to see the Judge he was release with many apologies. The city even was kind enough to wrtite him a letter to apologize again. But this ordeal tramatized my mentally challenged son so much. Do I need a lawyer to sue or can this case be handled in small claims?

How low standards do you have to be to claim you won a war by simply not dieing? Isreal reduced nearly the entire country to dust and rubble. Killed hundreds of terrorists and they claim victory for simply not dieing. Its like a joke being so deseperate to fight a war you started then claim you won when you didn't.
