Yes they should pay for the damage...not saying that the Hezbol's were in the right...but in my opinion...Israel is just as much a terrorist nation is Lebanon...they fought underhanded...their military technology is vastly superior to Lebanon yet they seemed to go out of their way to kill civilians. They should pay for everything...and be charged with war crimes by the UN.

Yes I think the Israelis should have to pay reparations, they should be forced to pay for every bit of damage they have caused and every life they destroyed.
The dropping of leaflets so that the highways would be jammed with refugees and then bombing them as they fled is a war crime and the Israelis should be on trial in a neutral country for that, Both the Knesset and the I.D. F.high command.
They should also be being tried for murder for the deliberate bombing of a UN observation post.
Will such a thing ever happen?
Not as long as US has veto power in the UN.

right that's a good answer for you. Why doesn't Israel make the international places assisting Hezbollah pay for his or her crimes adversarial to Israel? Why doesn't Israel make Hamas pay for his or her countless attack on Israeli civilians? Shoot and they should pay for what Hezbollah did to northern israel too because it was the stupidest reason for WAR!!! this wasn't a war!!! please they just wanted to ruin lebanon because lebanon was prospering and becoming an influencial power in the Middle East and Israel wanted to ruin them!!!! Iran, Syria and Lebanon should pay. They are responsible for Hezbollah being armed.
You can't harbor and support a terrorist organization, let them launch rockets from your land and then cry when someone breaks your things in retaliation to protect their own country.

I believe that Syria and Iran should pay for absolutely everything, including Israeli damage. The UN should show some character, for a change, and go after these country's for the damage caused by their surrogate, Hezbollah and it's sympathizers.

I think isreal was being nice in not leveling the entire country. Facts are Facts,
FACT 1: Hezbollah started it by kidnapping soldiers
FACT 2: The people support Hezbollah, even if they dont actively help them they dont try to stop them so they are supporting them like that.
FACT 3: Thats what happens when you support terrorists..you are a terrorist and isreal sets your country back 50 years..good luck with that terrorists.
