It's an honest question, and I wonder why liberals consider themselves to be brilliant and nature lovers when they aren't satisfied that nature gave them two testes or two ovaries.

My friend sent me an e-mail saying how her mom 'found' her diary. She READ IT, and foudn out that my friend likes this guy. It was an old journal, and my friend told her mother thism but her mother does not believe it is the truth. My friend hates this guy now. Her parents are very strict and she is afraid her mom will tell her dad. Her mom already called her'disgusting', even though there was nothing 'disgusting' written in it.
Do parents have the right to snoop through their child's bedroom?
Do they have the right to read a private journal or diary?
And even if she had written 'disgusting' stuff, shouldn't that be ok? Considering it is normal?

its really like a gang.

If I lived in the Ghetto, many of my actions could be dictated by gang member in my area. This is like Hezbollah right?

Even though the majority of people aren't member of Hezbollah the rest of the people have to abide by Hezbollah's shirking of the law. Gang memebers pump money into local bussiness and schools via drugs sales, but that doesn't make them heroes. Does it?

When people come into their gangs territory they defend it. Just like a gang. And because the rich upper levels of the gang survive that makes it all rosey. Just like a gang, it is 'impotent (pun intentional)' against actual military power. Sure, they can deal casualties, but mostly they use guerilla tactics and spend Lebanese infrastructure and lives.

Do you agree?

I live California. I drove 70MPH in a 55MPH zone and got a speeding ticket. I was very upset because the officer wrote 74MPH on my ticket, and I am so sure I never exceeded 70. The officer told me that is what he got on his radar. Is there anything I can do about this? How do I reduce my fine? Will I lose my right of attending traffic school if I appear in court? I already recieved a court date from the mail. Please provide suggestions. This is my first ticket and thanks for your help.

During your 5 minutes you can repeal or enact any law and it cannot be repealed. Think very carefully on this one because of the ramifications.

What would you change in the U.S. government and why?
How would this be better for the citizens of the U.S.

My law would be to ban any PAC contributions to any political party or any personal donations to any political organization or candidate of over $100 dollars.

A Tear in Your Eye Subject: A Tear in Your Eye This may put a lump in your throat and a tear in your eye. (Hopefully, it will.) The daughter of a Soldier Last week I was in Atlanta, Georgia attending a conference. While I was in the airport, returning home, I heard several people behind me beginning to clap and cheer. I immediately turned around and witnessed one of the greatest act's of patriotism I have ever seen. Moving thru the terminal was a group of soldiers in their camo's, as they began heading to their gate everyone (well almost everyone) was abruptly to their feet with their hands waving and cheering. When I saw the soldiers, probably 30-40 of them, being applauded and cheered for it hit me. I'm not alone. I'm not the only red blooded American who still loves this country and supports our troops and their families. Of course I immediately stopped and began clapping for these young unsung heroes who are putting their lives on the line everyday for us so we can go to school,

My husband has physical custody of his two children. Thier mom left them in 2001, got married, moved to AZ and had 4 more kids. My stepchildren feel abandoned by thier mother. Anway- its been 2 years since she last saw them, and about 3 months since has spoken to them. We have retained an attorney, and in the process of trying to get sole custody of the children. Thoughout the two years, she has attempted to see the kids... by threating to steal them, kill my husband and I, threats left on the machince- thus resulting to never visiting them for thier own protection. Many times, arrgements has been made where she has agreed, and not show up. Also, has not paid any child support she is court orderd to do.Long story short- she is asking for a supervised visitation... wherer would a supervised visitation take place? This woman has a lot of tricks up her sleeve- I am afraid that she may hurt the children physically & mentally.
