At the point an item is put in the post to whom would the law state the item belongs? Is it the person who has sent it or the addressee even though the addressee does not yet have possession of it?

This war on terror is a plot to brainwash the people of the west into succumbing to their ideology.
We only face terror from our own governments, in conjunction with the secret service, they aim to scare the living daylight out of us!!! so one does not question their actions or foreign policy.
Nothing makes sense, 9/11 incident is polluted with unanswered questions, and whatever happen to the independent 7/7 inquiry? Ah yes, we weren’t allowed one?

Has anyone ever successfully sued (or otherwise held accountable) a municipality for poor street conditions that lead to damage to their vehicle (excessive tire wear, knocked out of alignment..etc) If so...when and where...specifics please if you can.

Laws are broken and people are given minimum sentance, i could kill somebody right now and i would get 8 years in jail and most probably get let out on good behaviour after 4. The government are not tight enough on immigration. BMP is on the rise and Tony Blair is probably sat at home with a can of bitter wondering why. The NHS is being sold off bit by bit, terrorism is slowly getting out of control. Teenagers are taking more and more drugs, drinking more and more alcohol, having more and more unprotected sex. There is more violence in the young society than ever before, gun crime and stabbings are on the rise. Global warming is swallowing this country slowly, OAP's pensions being lowered. People claiming benefits when they are perfectly able to work, and just lazy. Wars sparking up in nations that have no problem with the UK, house prices on the rise. Tax on the rise drastically. I am only 15 years old and i am worried about my future, this country is uncontrollable basically anarchy.

Why is illeagal not understood when you are talking about immigration. Every time you bring it up some one will say if your not Native Americian then your no different from the illegals. Most immagriants from Europe came legally. I welcome any leagal immagriant with open arms.
Do we need changes in the immagration laws YES but first we need to close the flood gates then we can access the situation.
