Does he/she have to register as a sex offender? Does he/she serve jail time, and/or pay heavy fines? What else could happen to him/her?

Why get the authorities involved. We would tie a rope around his ankles and drag him behind an old beatup truck and then hang him from said ankles to a cedar tree and let him roast in the hot Texas sun.

Well they serve jail time, have their name registered as a sex offender and has to pay very heavy fines. They are then usually watched as soon as their jail time is done.

It's a Felony 3, punishable by 2 - 10 years in the pen and/or a $10,000 fine.

I don't know, but when I was younger that happened to the camp director, and they never came back to the camp, so it is probably pretty bad.
