It's the little old man who lives a few doors down from me. He has a large white bird that he throws up in the sky each morning and the bird flies over the horizon and pushes the sun up into the sky.

During the day the old man walks down to the shore and he carries a bowl with two red fish in it. He dumps the fish in the water and they swim out and push in the tide. Once the tide is in they swim together pushing the tide out.

He also has a small dwarf who he puts on a green bicycle and he pushes the dwarf out of his house every morning. I don't know what that dwarf does but he come back every night with a big smile on his face.

By the things this little old man can do, I'd guess that he was the most powerful man on earth, wouldn't you?

You are.

You are in charge of your own destiny. You are the only one who can make decisions that direct the course of your future. You are the one who gets up each morning with the ability to make a commitment to doing everything you can to ensure that the world around you is a safe, beautiful, better place to live, simply because you are in it. You are the one who goes to sleep each night knowing that you did your best to make the world a better place to live, simply because you were in it.

You are the most powerful person in the world, because without you, we wouldn't have this question to answer, would we?

Now that you know how powerful YOU are, what footprint are you going to leave on society?

Most would like to say that the President of the United States is the "most powerful man in the world", but I would disagree.

I think it would have to be the Federal Reserve Chairman. The people with the money control the money. They control who has it, how much it's "worth" and where it goes.

Those bankers are slippery types though. They like to keep their control on the QT. We have got to start watching them, or before we know it...

I can tell you who isn't . Anyone you see in the public light is definitely not the most powerful person.

Some people think it's some prince/king in Europe (forgot his name)
I think that person's last name probably ends with Rothschild

In my opinion it is the Chairman of the federal reserved Board.Because, the minutes he talks the world is watching and hearing. His tactic of raising the interest rate has impact on the world economy and it is not surprised me that he is the one that you are looking for.
