It certainly isn't legal today, but I was wondering if this was EVER a legal practice. I know that it was once legal for people to smoke in the workplace, but how about in a school?

Liberals in america always seem to support whoever is against the president. America supports Israel because it is a democracy and a civil society that respect freedom and individual liberty. Liberals support Al-Cata, Hesbollah, and Hamass, Syria, and Iran, because they support Anti-American fervor, especially when it is run by republicans. You can see that liberals are not tolerant but instead "hateful" Liberals are people of "hate" not tolerance as they claim. I do not hear liberals condeming of terrorist, but instead Bush is the Terrorist and Hitler. So I can only laugh at Liberals when they speak, they don't speak with any validity in all their gripes, they are only for one thing, that is power to the presidency. Liberals is willing to trash america, to get elected to the presidency. The pronoucements that come out of Hesbollah and hamaas is reiterated by nancy pelosy and john kerry, liberals are the same as terrorists in their complaints against Bush. Go to terran you libs.

It was the British government who figured it out and stopped it. The terrorist being arrested are primarily from Pakistan, a country we haven't even attacked...because the War on Terror is dead. It ended when we invaded Iraq, since they weren't a threat.

When are we going back to fighting against the terrorist threat Al-Queda?

Of course, you can keep your culture but do not ram it down our throats. I encourage you to maintain your culture.

Trigueñ* states:
" I believe if you were born in the United States of America you have a rite to vote. But if you do not vote or cannot vote you do not have the rite to say diddly squat. Leave your culture, society and language at home. My father was very strict about these things:
1.- No spanglish
2.- Speak only English in public
3.- You may speak Spanish at home.
END OF DISCUSSION. "

Now this is a TRUE American who is welcome with open arms.

I don't want to be offensive, I fully respect Jews. I am a Muslim and I believe that there should be a united state in which Muslims and Jews are living together. Don't you agree with this idea? We Muslims believe that the problem initiated when the Israeli state established by England. Jews and Arabs were living peacefully for centuries. Well, there were challenges but the history proved that the Jews and Arabs can live peacefully and I am sure it is feasible. I want to know Jews' and Zionists' opinion.

Here's the Encycolpedia Britannica opening discussion of "Terrorism":

"Systematic use of violence to create a general climate of fear in a population and thereby to bring about a particular political objective. It has been used throughout history by political organizations of both the left and the right, by nationalist and ethnic groups, and by revolutionaries. Although usually thought of as a means of destabilizing or overthrowing existing political institutions, terror also has been employed by governments against their own people to suppress dissent."

I had a contract with an adoption agency , in the contract it states that the $250 application fee is non refundable, i understand that. It does not state anything else about any other money and we sent in a couple installments and have decided not to go with this agency (whom by the way has not doen anything for us yet ) they claim that even though it doesn't state it in the contract that they keep all of the money and if we ever decide to adopt from them even 10 years from now our money will be there. i don't agree with that and since the contract does nto state that the money is non refundable they should have to return it.
