I am a dictator. That is the head of the latest poll taker mounted on that giant steel spike in my official reception room. I had his family killed too, just for good measure. Any other questions?

You mean dictators? They're dictators-by definition, they're it, that's it, just them, no one else. Do you really think they conduct opinion polls and approval ratings? Give me a break! You think Ceausescu or Castro or Hitler, to name but a few, gave or give a rat's @ss about what other people thought/think? Hell no!

I think they do, and that includes "colour" dictators and shameless traitors who surrender their former heads of state to their enemies.
