Liberals in america always seem to support whoever is against the president. America supports Israel because it is a democracy and a civil society that respect freedom and individual liberty. Liberals support Al-Cata, Hesbollah, and Hamass, Syria, and Iran, because they support Anti-American fervor, especially when it is run by republicans. You can see that liberals are not tolerant but instead "hateful" Liberals are people of "hate" not tolerance as they claim. I do not hear liberals condeming of terrorist, but instead Bush is the Terrorist and Hitler. So I can only laugh at Liberals when they speak, they don't speak with any validity in all their gripes, they are only for one thing, that is power to the presidency. Liberals is willing to trash america, to get elected to the presidency. The pronoucements that come out of Hesbollah and hamaas is reiterated by nancy pelosy and john kerry, liberals are the same as terrorists in their complaints against Bush. Go to terran you libs.

I'm a liberal and I support Israel. Just because we don't agree with the President on every issue (after all, he is pretty far to the right, politically), doesn't mean that we don't support his views in other areas.
Your generalizations give conservatives like yourself a bad name. You should know better.

You're really not paying attention, are you.
Just because lots of people think Bush is a criminal doesn't mean they are supporting the terrorists. They just want to stop Bush before he does any more damage to America.
The enemy of my enemy can still be my enemy. Just because the terrorists also hate Bush doesn't mean that liberals support the terrorists.
I don't know any liberals who support terrorism. Not one. Nor are you going to see any liberal spokesperson get up and tell you that terrorism is good.
It's these kind of stupid assumptions, completely devoid of any logic or rationality, that give good conservatives a bad name. You're doing more harm to the conservative cause by this kind of ranting than those who oppose the conservative movement.

First: "Hizbollah" or "Hezbollah." "Hamas." "al-Qaeda" or "al-Qaida." "Tehran." "Pelosi."
Second: Who, exactly, is supporting Hezbollah? I see a lot of people who are upset at the mass-scale death of civilians in Lebanon. I think you're not seeing the distinction between "the Lebanese people" and "Hezbollah." The vast majority of the American Left does not deny Israel's right to defend itself. However, a right to defend itself doesn't extend to the repeated killing of innocent civilians because they happened to be standing too close to a Hezbollah target.
Third: Israel isn't only attacking Hezbollah--they're also doing massive damage to Lebanese infrastructure. That infrastructure is used by the entire population of the country, not just the 1/3 of the population which is Shia Muslim and the smaller fraction of that group which identifies with Hezbollah.
Fourth: Who the hell is supporting al-Qaeda? The answer is "nobody." If a demand for constiutionally-mandaded oversight of surveilling the American people is, in your mind, supporting al-Qaeda, then you are a lost cause.
Is it dislike for the manner of imprisonment without trial at Guantanamo? That's not support for al-Qaeda--that's just support for basic human rights. (I'm sure you also think that everyone at Gitmo is a terrorist. That's just not true. Do some reading.)
So then it comes down to, what, your psychic knowledge of liberals' ill-will towards America and support for al-Qaeda? Is it true because you "know its true?" I don't think so.
Fifth: Wait, wait. You mean that Democrats are... trying to win the next Presidential election? GASP. I never would have GUESSED. How insidious of them--a political party daring to try to win ELECTIONS! My, you have changed my views entirely!
Sixth: America supports Israel because Israel is a strategically important ally. In the past, Iraq (under Saddam) was a strategically important ally, as was Osama bin Laden (as a mujaheddin in Afghanistan during the Soviet invasion). Our foreign policy has surprisingly little to do with who is and who is not a democracy.
As a matter of fact, Lebanon is a democracy--a weak, new one, freshly freed from Syrian influence. I'm sure blowing the crap out of their infrastructure is helping the strengthening of that democracy a bunch.
Iran is partially a democracy. (Did you know that Iran was experiencing a growing democratic movement, pushing for the expansion of civil liberties? It was, right until we took over Iraq and Afghanistan. Iran is now surrounded by the U.S. military and its people fear invasion, so they have elected an anti-western President. Stunning how that works.)
Hamas was democratically elected after the U.S. pushed--hard--for the democratization of occupied Palestine. How were they elected? Pretty much the same thing as Iran.
Seven: Disagreeing with George W. Bush and his neo-conservative cronies is not "bashing America." Expressing a desire to change American foreign policy is not "bashing America." Admitting that America has made mistakes in the past is not "bashing America." What the hell is the point of having individual freedoms and liberties if, as far as you're concerned, we're all terrorists if we don't agree with you.
Eight: Nobody is supporting the militant actions of Hamas. Just like the thing with Hezbollah and the asinine stretching you did with al-Qadea, this is fiction. You're making it up. it's true because you believe it's true.
Nine: There are shades of gray in the world. It is possible to condemn violence from Hamas and Hezbollah, yet to also understand their frustration with Israel. It is possible to sympathize with Israel while condemning their mass bombing of civilians. It's not, "You're with George W., or you're a member of Islamic Jihad."
Now go do some reading. Talk to people who disagree with you. Develop opinions that you didn't directly lift from Tony Snow and/or Bill O'Reilly. You might be surprised what you find out.
Of course, that's not going to happen. You're only here asking this question--which is not a real question--so that you can hear the responses that you want echoed back to you.
It's very sad. "Liberals hate the American way of life." "Liberals are always aligned with murder." "Liberals are pampered wusses." Some of you kids need to get the hell out of your respective parents' houses, get acquainted with the real world, and then spend some time in a library.

They hate war so much, which is admirable, that they cannot ever contemplate a reason why war should be fought. The problem comes from the basis that people like myself believe that this war is truly necessary. Just because I support the war does not mean that I want to see people die. I just want to ensure that we are protected in the United States.
The problem I have is when Liberals think I am some sort of sheep when it comes to going to war. I have not been lead to these beliefs blindfolded by lies, like so many on the left would accuse me of. Rather I have grown up watching news reports throughout my entire life about suicide bombings and acts of terrorism committed by a group of men acting as puppets of the Devil.

I believe " liberals" are not just against American Presidents they're against the American way of life. There may be some justification to some of the issues of difference. Capitalism you must admit hasn't really done what it was sought to do: make a productive people. Welfare in most cases has hindered the spirit. Without such government (rather I say Taxpayer) we must admit there would be far fewer jobs. This would lead to other problems anyone of us could visualize in our own way. However, People must start living their own lives and quit judging people for their beliefs if those beliefs were well researched!!!!

Yes the liberals do support anyone that is against the president. They don't believe we should fight for our freedom much less anyone else's. They just like whining and b*tching about everything, but they don't want to do anything for themselves. We have a bunch of spoiled brats that we have pampered and doesn't know how bad thing can actually be if it wasn't for us.

I am not in favor of "democrates" who are responsible for terror against Yugoslavia. But the later didn't ivnade or bomb Albania in 1998-1999, though it had the same reasons to as Israel has to bomb/invade Lebanon. Double standards look ugly.

I don't think it is LIBERALS vs the President.
It is a stand on moral and ethical principals, anyone can see that the people who are suffering the most at the present moment in the middle east conflict are civilians.
Also to understand Hamas and Hezbollah you have to look at their history. When man can do nothing of his given situation desperation kicks in and hence a resistance force is born. I don't agree with their methods since I believe in diplomacy.
I can say so since I do serve in the military and am an independant since I was born with a brain to think for myself.

First of all if you're going to ask a seemingly serious question, you'd gain more credibility if you:
1. Find out how to correctly pronounce the names of specific organizations you are lambasting.
2. Used spellcheck before you post.
Second, people like you always speak about something one-sided. There can never be a reason why things happen; there is only one perspective and it's yours. That's ignorant.
Third, EVERYONE is a closet Republican. Everyone spouts the same b.s. until the government starts mucking with your money; then the TRUE you comes out. The Republican in you.

Why is it that you Neocons who constantly attack the constitution proclaim that your the true americans. Liberals believe in freedom of speech but as soon as somebody comes out against your bull you try to brand them as unamerican. Liberals don't support the terrorists were just trying to stop the killing on both sides.
