Will we have two for one President? When Hilary becomes president? Would Bill still be addressed Mr. President?

That would be interesting. I think it would be a third term for Bill. Not a bad idea. Maybe he could fix some of this mess created by the neocons and negative halfwits currently in charge.

The proper form of address for a former President of the United States is Mr. or Madam (surname.)

Her husband would be addressed as Mr. Clinton.

He could be called Mr. President or First Gentleman. Once a president always a president.
Mrs. President for Hillary.

He will always be addressed as "Mr President" for the rest of his life. Hillary would be addressed as "Madam President" as well.
