"If SS and Medicare were included--as the the board that sets accounting rules is considering-- the federal deficit would have been $3.5 trillion! We all know our government does worse than Eron bookkeeping, and when real business style numbers get used things have a night and day difference.
But MY GOD! this can not be allowed to continue! The ENTIRE lot of them must be run out on a rail,and tarred and feathered too! This goes soooo far beyond disgrace and stupidity, this level MUST be purposeful. They ALL have to pay and in SPADES!!!!
EVERY LAST ONE OF THOSE LOUSY GOOD FOR NOTHING B@ST@RDS MUST PAY! NO PENSION, MONEYS CONFISCATED, AND JAIL TIME FOR ALL OF THEM! THIS IS THE FLIM FLAM OF ALL TIME AND THE PUNISHMENT MUST BE SEVERE!!!

San Antonio: A young man was approaching mostly women at a restaurant I frequent and asking for a handout. He would get very close to them, right in their face, give them his sob story, anf of course they would immediately hand over some cash for the sake of getting rid if him. Is this illegal?

Israel has been in contrevention of UN.ruilings regarding "stealing natural resorses"since the 1960's.diverting water into their Israeli settlements,but restricting the "occupied"in their use of their resorces.To the extent of drilling in close aproximity to Palestinean existing bores which then fail in an area up to 15km.Their "Green line"is in order to safeguard these water sourses not for civil protection as Israel claims.

For example, if you were arrested and sent to prison for killing a person but they had no body.

Then..after you served the entire sentence and was released, the person turns out to have only been missing or hiding...would you have the right (legally, not morally) to kill them. And would you go to jail?

Im asking because of a movie i saw, so please dont call me a psycho or anything.

My husband and I have been married for six years and have three children together, he also has a daughter that he has not seen since she was two, she is now fourteen. His ex left the state with her when she was two and until now we did not know where she was. She is currently in a different state then us. His ex was almost civil in the beginning when he found them and let him speak to his daughter on the phone but would not let him see her. Now she has told both of them that they can not speak to each other either. His daughter had expressed interest in the past to come and live with us. My question in what are our chances of even getting shared custody when he has never paid child support and had not been involved in her life at all for eleven years? Also is there a way to get out of state legal aid for little or no cost? We cannot afford a lawyer at this point and he would be delighted to even be able to see her. E-mail me if need further info any help is appreciated thanks.

I am truly curious. Why are so many people against gun ownership? Are they afraid of the unfamiliar? Have myths and urban legends of gun deaths turned them away? Do they believe that criminals won't have guns if law abiding citizens don't? Is it rooted in traumatic experience? Do they have rational arguments?

and the more I read and the more I listen, NO ONE IS RIGHT in this war. I am a US citizen. I hate War - I do not like Bush (yet het didn't start this one but his actions during it are wrong). We say that Hezbollah are terrorists -- I did some studying -- they are not terrorists in the eyes of all (as in the 911/Al Queda where everyone knows they are terrorists). This whole situation is getting way out of control -- there is no one right in this war --- Jews or Lebanese!!! Any ideas on what theses great leaders in power can do about this or is it totally out of the question? I know some of you are going to be yelling and screaming at me but ya know, I can handle it and at the same time, if I learn from whatever it is you say, then that is a good thing. If others learn that is also good. So bring it on. Maybe there's something I'm missing. There are too many innocent people dying in this war!!! Someone, somewhere come up with something and maybe YOU can save them!!!

Unfortunately I do not have any details other than his name and his place of birth. I need to obtain his birth certificate, I have contacted the Portuguese authorities but with out a birth certificate they have no way of narrowing down their search. Any information is greatly appreciated.

My husband was divorced in the late 60's. My husband's 1st wife has never had anything to do with her kids. Her grandmother and my husband's family were the ones that raised them. They are 40+ years old and since the divorce papers say he had to pay thru court, which he was advised not to because the children would never get any benefit from it. The woman stayed in nightclubs and layed out with men, her grandmother told us. So to see the children were taken care of my husband, his family and even me made sure the children had what they needed. Now the grandmother is dead and no way to prove this. This woman is right now living with 3 men and about 30 inside dogs. My husband's check to her is paying for one of her men's pick-up truck. How can I get help.

"Sectarian violence probably is as bad as I've seen it, the senior Generals stated. Rumsfelt and Bush did not tell the truth about Iraq and another General said this about his boss Rumsfelt.." Rumsfelt always put on a happy face about the war and he refused to admit the war was going badly". Now troops are dying for nothing and the warmongers don't want to admit that. The warmongers and Bush supporters should be ashamed. Do all of you here on this board agree? And today more American troops were killed for nothing. The USA will soon eat crow and suck shame.
