As guys, don't we end up paying out $ anyway? Doesn't the word "husband" mean provider. So if you directly provide for your sexual partner, why is it taboo?

A pharmaceutical drug corporation, as any corporation, has an obligation to try and make the most profit that it can for its company shareholders. We know that 99.9% of the time treating the disease is more profitable than curing the disease, you keep the customer alive and you keep the custom coming back. So the corporation should try and develop treatments not cures because this is the most profitable thing they can do with the resources they have, if they did anything else they would be cheating the shareholders by not doing everything they can to increase profits to a maximum. This is business motivated by the bottomline not the results of its actions, is this a small example of a shortcoming of capitalism in your opinion? Care of humans being put second to profits?

I'd like to know what all represented parties have to say when the hard questions are asked.
We are only given the choice of Republican or Democratic philosophy on the televised debates and maybe, just maybe there is a better way to look at things, which we will never know unless all candidates are heard.

I am against homosexual marriage.

Let me make it clear, I am barely religious, and I do not like it for religious reasons.

I'm a common sense guy, so all of my thinking comes from common sense. I see it like this.

If everyone would be gay, there would be no people.
People have to be straight for there to be MORE people.

So to have a gay couple is like..blasphemy on society, on the human race. You are saying that, despite all these people that have brought the human race this far, all the men and women who've bred together, you refuse to do it.

I don't care if you like girls or guys or whatever. It should be your human duty to make babies.

Just my two bits.

My friend has illegals (Mexicans) living next door to her.. and they have a really ugly red & yellow taco trailer sitten in the driveway...

Along with this, there is a high population of rats around the house (mainly over in their yard).

(God Only knows...they kill the rats to use as meat for their tacos')

They said that they got the trailer to become their new kitchen because more family from Mexico was coming up...

...Let's bring up the households population:

....Which consist of 15 to 17 people...There is already like 9 automobiles sitten outside the house...+ the taco trailer...

They have loud music, many party's...on the weekends...even more annoying. There house is falling apart, and they have a dog, which is chained outside...covered in fleas, no food...if there is water, it's in a flower pot from a rain.

This is all literal...They're kids terrorize and vandalize neighbors houses...and smoke that...nasty reek stuff...

Should we report them to I.N.S.??

My daughter is 6 years old. Her Biological father has been in prison since she was 3 years old. He never paid child support on time. He was only a part of her life from the time she was 18 months till she was 22 months (4 months). My husband has been here since she was 2 years old.
The Bio father is in prison for violation of probation with the orginial charge of sexual abuse of 14 year old child.
He gets out in One year and 4 months.

With that kind of charge he should have never gotten Visitation rights but in the case where the family court Judge is the fathers relative (cousin) it kinda makes it hard to win.

What I am wanting to know is Can my husband legally adopt her WITHOUT the consent of the Bio Father considering the situation? Does the Bio Father still have rights even though he is in the pen and has never really been a part of her life?

Side Note: We tried this before he went to the pen and he (BF) wouldn't give up rights.
Also we live in Kentucky.

A genius man has come up with a way to solve the immigration problem....First, All the illegal immigrants should be seized. Then we can put them into a temporary non-paid working system to help businesses. Simmilar to slave labor, but not as cruel and only temporary. After they complete their work we just deport them. This way we can reap all the benefits of Mexican labor as well scare away future boarder hoppers. It sure beats putting them in jail or just simply deporting them. What do you think???
