Good question...and good name! Ahh...I wish I had thought to ask this question. I'm surprised there aren't more answers that just talk about how it's all Clinton's fault.
Anyway....from what I know...Bush didn't do anything except undo what Clinton had started. Bush focused on Iraq (and ignored intelligence on Al Queda - and yes, I'm talking about before 9/11). My guess would be that he didn't really ignore it, because it's probably where he got the idea to blame 9/11 on Bin Laden.
I mean, if Bin Laden was really responsible (without the help of the CIA or rogue members of the administration) why didn't they find him? We found Saddam in a hole in the ground....Bush is all supportive of Israel flattening Lebanon so they can find two soldiers. Where was all this passion, conviction and support after 9/11? Oh yeah....there wasn't any, because if we find Bin Laden (who's probably dead by now) then everyone might find out what really happened.

The same as everyone else in his administration and the administrations before hand. Nothing. Course.. at that time Al Qaeda was just another in a long list of known groups that wanted to see America and its allies destroyed.

Bush was going to be the education,no child left behind president.He ignored all the 411 from Clinton administration.His family have been in business with the Bin Ladens for years.Watch Fahrenheit 911.Also,the world trade center was bombed during the Clinton adm. and he did do something about that,he had that blind shiek,in New York arrested and revealed the plot,and traced it back to Bin Laden's acts of terror.And passed that info to the next adm. which I say again ignored.

Bout the same as Clinton,nothing.The Clinton administration had the opportunity to arrest bin laden when he was being held in the Sudan,and did less than nothing.

DID NOTHING!! He never even bothered to read the Presidential Daily Brief he gets each morning which said on the front "BIN LADEN DETERMINED TO ATTACK U.S".
I guess maybe it's because his old man gave money, arms, training to Bin Laden.

NOTHING BECAUSE CLINTON HAD GOTTEN RID OF MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHOSE JOBS WERE TO KEEP TABS ON BIN LADEN, CLINTON HAD THE ECONOMY RUNNING VERY WELL BUT NOT OUR SECURITY. CLINTON HAD TWO CHANCES TO CAPTURE BIN LADEN BUT DIDN'T--SO THANK HIM!!!!! NOT TO MENTION KERRY IS IN THIS SECRET SOCIETY THING THAT BUSH WAS IN WITH THE BIN LADENS THAT WERE IN THE UNITED STATES AS WELL. I'VE HEARD RUMORS THAT KERRY IS AS WELL--NOT SURE THOUGH.
