is it illegal to send picutes of naked ppl under 18 on email? i dont do this and i never will! i am just wondering.

Nudity is a crime because it is making a bad image of persons. It is prohibited for 18 years old and below because they are still innocent and could be enticed to do sex to which they are not yet prepared. Thus, nudity is not proper on emails for minors.

It depends on whether genitals are showing or in the case of young ladies their breasts. That is when a photo becomes obscene in most states. A bare skin rug photo or a baby in the bathtub most likely will not end you up on court, but; frontal nudity will more than likely get you arrested. Anything under eighteen and obscene is considered child pornography, and; possession of it is a crime. So, if your "friend" has any such images on his/her hard drive, get rid of them. No body wants to be labled a sex offender.

Yes. unless it is a purely art shot or an innocent playful child photo, like when little johnny went potty all by himself.
Under 18 is a legal minor.

well u need to know there's so many way of people can intercept u pravy if u send u picture maybe someothere people can see as well. FBI.... u need to know goverment use all type of way seach for file or picture to find terrorist plot same time might get regular personnel stuff. Bottom Line nothing is safe in online.

I think it would probably be considered child pornography. There are probably exceptions like the month old baby on the bear rug but nude shots of children or teens would almost certainly be illegal.
