My friend has illegals (Mexicans) living next door to her.. and they have a really ugly red & yellow taco trailer sitten in the driveway...
Along with this, there is a high population of rats around the house (mainly over in their yard).
(God Only knows...they kill the rats to use as meat for their tacos')
They said that they got the trailer to become their new kitchen because more family from Mexico was coming up...
...Let's bring up the households population:
....Which consist of 15 to 17 people...There is already like 9 automobiles sitten outside the house...+ the taco trailer...
They have loud music, many party's...on the weekends...even more annoying. There house is falling apart, and they have a dog, which is chained outside...covered in fleas, no food...if there is water, it's in a flower pot from a rain.
This is all literal...They're kids terrorize and vandalize neighbors houses...and smoke that...nasty reek stuff...
Should we report them to I.N.S.??

We know they're illegals because my friends brother has contact with them. They also screwed him over...Which is usual...it's the vandalism of houses that bothers us.
Not only does the house cause problems for us neighbors, it makes the neighborhood feel embarassed and unattractive.
It's nasty!

Actually, she should call CPS on the kids, SPCA on the dog, the City on the condition of the house and property around it, and last but not least INS on all the adults. I would definitely do it in that order too. Cover all the bases and tell your poor friend I feel for her and good luck. I live in Houston and have a pretty good idea of what she lives next to cause its all over our city.

This sounds like a terrible situation--quite disgusting. I would report them if I were you.
Take pictures if you can, too. Then call the Health Department.
Hey spaced out (replied earlier)--what about the feelings of the people in the neighborhood? Maybe they don't want to live with rats OR illegals. And Angela R--this is about preserving one's life. Rats carry diseases that can kill.

When they have their loud parties, you could report them to the police for disturbance of the peace. You might can get a code violation for the amount of people living in the one dwelling and child services to take the kids away because of the rats and squalor and call up the ASPCA on the dog (neglect and animal cruelty). That will definetly get rid of some of them; I think if you try to get them deported, INS will either never get to their case or most of them will be able to stay because of the kids.

I'd give an anonymous tip to the cops or local police department. Living in such conditions in such an environment isn't very good for the children of the house, or neighbors around for that matter. Most of all, it creates a big dump in the community that people just try to ignore.

Mmm...ok let's see.
What is it that bothers you the most, the fact that they are, or you think they are illegals?
or the fact that they don't seem to be living up to your standards?
Whatever you do, at least give yourself an honest answer...
Maybe they do kill the rats and use their meat for their tacos...what do you expect from somebody that earns the minimum salary so that you can have fresh vegetables at a very reasonable price?
Perhaps it would help to put yourself in their shoes for a minute...perhaps the rats will look a lil tasty... :)

It sounds like your friend (and you) are racists. You dont know if they are legal or not, you assume the rats (if there really are any) are not your friend's pests. You make remarks like they eat rats. C'mon! If you want people to take you seriously, you should at least come up with a real sounding story!

Try the board of health (for the rats) and calling the police when they get loud. Animal control for the dog. Let one of them call INS

You sound like a dick. If they are loud call the police. If you think the animal is being neglected call the spca. Who made you the gestapo? Did you ask to see their papers? How do you know they are illegal? Seems like you should just mind your own business.
