Its like saying that since civilians live on a military base the US is using them as " human shields "........why can't we just acknowledge them as human beings and assign the blame for their death on those who shot or bombed them? Is that too simple?

Mexico's population is 110 million people. Both Mexico and the United States say that 10% of the Mexican population are now living illegally in the United States.

That means there are 11 million Mexicans illegally here.

The only source that said the Illegal Alien population is 12 million was the Pew Hispanic Research Center.

If Mexicans are 56% of the country's illegal alien population then something doesn't add up.

I BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE AT LEAST 20 MILLION ILLEGAL ALIENS IN THE UNITED STATES.

In my opinion, the answer is emphatically "yes." For the sake of "saving diversity" and "preserving unity," many have gone over the line between respectful speech/cultural tolerance and totally disregarding the truth, fact, and objectivity for the sake of said diversity. Check out something one of my close friends discovered at his college -- a supposedly conservative college, no less: www.questionthecollege.blogspot.com

I can understand the reluctance of the school's overseers to respond to the authors (because of anonymity), but the violations of this Diversity speaker go FAR beyond any acceptable limits. Plagiarized work was apparently presented to the entire student body and yet the college makes no attempt to reprimand the speaker nor correct the errors. There are many other incidents like this occurring in colleges/universities across the countries, but I was surprised to find one so obvious where the factual arguments presented were so completely ignored. Thoughts?

None, it's Clinton's fault. Let the Dems come up with plan. There's no proof there is anything wrong with the bulb. It's just the liberal media making something out of nothing.

I think that War is a terrible terrible thing, but absolutely necessary... I think that it was one of the many natural ways of preventing overpopulation. I think that war along with huge epedemics and other things are horrendous but the world would be worse off without them... The rate at which humans grow is exponential and the only way to keep the world going is to get rid of them in mass quantities... I also think that there should be a limit to the amount of children a family should have... so long as this does not lead to the issue of males being better causing females to die (or perhaps the other way round) it is a very good idea. I mean having 15 children is all jolly and good, but what about the thousands that need to be adopted??? I dunno.. what do you think?

Why didn't they evacuate with the other civilians? Were they being kept there by the Hezbollah to win public opinion if they were killed? After all, it was Hezbollah that was firing missles from that area. I am not blaming the dead victims, I am asking if they were being held against their will.

Is it wishful to think that the benefits attributed to the quality of life be motivating enough.

Benefits as in promoting a better quality of life. A culture of rationality. A non aggressive society. A culture of tolerance and acceptance.

This website has pictures of dead children (WARNING GRAPHIC) in which it appears that the children were already dead before the Israel rocket struck because the children were already in Rigor Mortis.

The website says... "These questions and others are beginning to mount as the discrepancies in Hezbollah’s versions of events start to fall apart:"

"Viewers can judge for themselves. But the accumulating evidence suggests another explanation for what happened at Kana. The scenario would be a setup in which the time between the initial Israeli bombing near the building and morning reports of its collapse would have been used to "plant" bodies killed in previous fighting — reports in previous days indicated that nearby Tyre was used as a temporary morgue — place them in the basement, and then engineer a "controlled demolition" to fake another Israeli attack.

The thing that Republicans don’t bother to tell people when there drooling over drilling in the wildlife refuge is that it estimated to have a little over a years supply of oil in it. So in my opinion the cost isn’t worth the gain. The refuge has a estimated 1.9 billion barrels of oil and the U.S. consumes 19.6 million barrels of oil a DAY.

Vague answers mean nothing. You have to come up with specific names of media companies and their products and show concrete proof that the media companies have a leftist agenda. For example: chief executive is left biased, company donated $X billion to the leftist party, board members vote left etc. etc.

If you want to go to the other extreme and show that media companies are right biased, then use the same guidelines to debate that point of view too.

I'm sure everyone has notice that we are going to a climatic shift; and it's getting stranger every year. Can you predict anything for the Green Party (ie. plans, hearings, etc.). Will Republicans and Democrats have a saying on this topic? I would like to hear from people's opinions.

Economically speaking, isn't it better for economic growth to put the money in the hands of those who are productive as oppose to leaving it up to the politicians to flush it down the drain half the time?

Please explain how a tax cut doesn't help when you consider that money can only be spent, invested, or saved. Spent money increases the GDP directly, invested money means more money for business growth, with increases jobs directly, and saved money (not including money in the mattress) increases the money supply of financial institutions at least 4 to 1, giving more money to businesses, thus creating more jobs.

Furthermore, when those who receive tax relief invest that money, and that money produces profit, doesn't this mean it has effectively added value in the economy? What basis to we ever have to know if government spending has added any value?

Shouldn't the bigger issue be with the disgusting amount of wasteful spending both parties push for in Congress?
