why is it acceptable for people to use the Lord's name in vain?
such as "Jesus Christ!!"

but not acceptable to say "Jesus Christ, i love you" or something. why can we not talk about Jesus unless we are using His name in a disgraceful way?

I always heard this by the anti-illegals Americans , illegal immigrants invade our country and we are going to protest, until we get those criminals out of America.We are not lazy,they took our jobs, you will see in december when they march we are going to protest and if the goverment won't help ,America will stand up and get them out..I was starting to believe it until i read this... This can't be the anti-illegal Americans!! I though America was counting on you to get the invaders out.. Read below..

I see there is alotta people here that are anti-illegals like me, but when all the protests and things were going on..no anti-illegals were there. I mean sure there were a few anti-illegal protests, but compared to the Pro-illegal protest they seemed useless. Question is when the pro-illegals start up another protest, Do you think more americans will come and support the anti-illegals, or stay at home watching them parade around downtown with their country's flags on the news?

I believe that a silent protest is happening in America. People do not feel a need to be out there counter protesting because they are emailing and writing their reps. They know that November is just around the corner.

Nah. Only people who don't work for a living have time to run around protesting all day. Most people have to work for a living, and don't have the luxury of screaming about politics.


WoW it can't be what a schock, they are all ready complaning and crying about going to protest one day in the streets..already putting excuses..They even want to get paid while protesting..Lol

How it works we invade Iraq we declare a war on terror ? The terrorist factions within the middle east declare Jihad ? They have nothing to lose they don't care about sanctions or rules that soverign nations live by so how does one negoiate with them ? They use civilains as sheilds ? Now the United States is on record of course claiming the goals that brought them into Iraq were unrealistic.

it's nose in every other countries buisness only to make war machine companies billions of dollars? For example a pair of jeans cost $3.00 to make but yet people actually will pay up to 300.00 for designer jeans. Did you know it cost $7,000.00 to build a Lamborgini, but yet to buy one you need $250,000.00 plus to own one. My point and qustion is this. Wouldn't it be something if the amount of profit was mandated. Walmart sells a gallon of milk for $6.00 10 years ago it was $1.08. It's just that prices go up but salaries donot. minmum wage should be $10.00 don't you think? We can't control the cost of living but we tolerate it. but the goverment just does what it wants and again we tolerate it. We are all left out to dry. I have a idea let's all refuse to pay taxes next year that should get the wax out of the united states ears, Last I heard there are more of us then them.

The senators' comments followed a report by The Washington Post on Sunday that said the Bush administration is lowering its expectations of what it can achieve in Iraq. I'm sure this is just some liberal Democrat trying to stain the perfectly unblemished record of the Bush Administration on war. It's not possible they planned poorly and not our troops don't have a attainable goal ? Or is it ?
