The house passed a bill today that would deprive federal courts, even the supreme court jurisdiction in certain matters. Yes its the pledge, but whats next?

This was a ban on federal funds for this research.

Just like so many pathetically ignorant lefties complain when gov'ment money is spent on projects they disapprove of, (the military, school vouchers to schools that work.) An arguement could be made that people who actually respect human life should not pay for this expeimentation on humans.

There is no ban on the research or private funding. Will the left stop lying about this??

I get this argument being a man. Women think that because I am against killing unborn children that I am telling them what to do with their bodies. This is not the case I am merely saying that killing an unborn child (at any stage of the pregnancy is wrong) I have the up most respect for women and feel that they are equal to men in every respect different but equal. I think this is just a pro-abortion way of trying to disqualifying me from having an opinion.

Americans have it in their mind that democracy is the best form of goverment, yet statistically it is the worst form of goverment, usually leading to the take over by economic interests, such as lobbysts, mobs, and generally ignorance.

Meritocracy is the rise by merit, who else should lead us, but the best?

I am really up set that the congress has left Clintons "clean water act" standing. It is liberal and it is bad for America.

We need a Red water law to replace clean water.

My opinion: "Dead-eye Dick" Cheney would show up armed with a shotgun, Kim Jong "Mentally Il" would show up armed with a Typodong 2 missle.
Cheney would be plastered off Jack Daniels, and, being the horrible shot that he is, he would end up (air quotes) accidentally (end air quotes) shooting an old man.
Crazed Jongy would fire his Typodong 2, and being the piece of crap missle that it is, would land 30,000 miles off target and land in the ocean.
Both these lunatics would then realize how alike they really are, and end up being good friends, drinking Koren scotch on the weekends laughing it up while watching Dubya stumble around the world acting like a dunce.

I was recently invited to a home that was completely infested with german roachs. I mean ever nook and cranny. I could not sit down without some crawling on me, so I made a hurried exit. They have two young girls (6&8) and I know roachs are nasty. What should I do?

40% of Australians earn less than $25,000 per year, therefore her salary equates to around 14 thousand people. $168,000 per hour, $2,800 per minute that ultimately comes out of your pocket one way or another. The usual argument is that she attracts revenue but this would still occur no matter how much she earned therefore is irrelevant. Would you be willing to do something to put an end to such extravagance, displayed throughout Hollywood, if it meant having to make a few sacrifices? This is not just theoretical.

I never thought I'd see the day Haliburton gets tired of making illegal profits. Now that scandals and elections are on the horizon they pull out of Iraq. Oh well, they are still riggin' in the dough with oil profits.
