I am really up set that the congress has left Clintons "clean water act" standing. It is liberal and it is bad for America.

We need a Red water law to replace clean water.

I love your sense of satire. Have you tried writing for the Comedy Network?

A "Red Water law" would be a bad idea just based on the name you have given it alone. What's the first thing you think of when you imagine "Red water"???

Sure. Let the people who drink the water pass laws regarding the level of its cleanliness. At most this should be done at the state level but county ought to be fine. The feds just waste money whenever they try to do anything for the environment. Why does some bureaucrat in DC have a greater interest in water quality than the person who has to drink it? I guess it is just the Democratic way. Dictate from the top down rather than try a bottom up approach. Most state EPAs can do more with less. Go figure.

Sure ..If Cheney has his way ( and he just may ) Haliburton which is the worlds largest supplier of private water...( that's 100% true. Bet you didn't know that one 43 ?) will have us over the rain barrel ...
Now won't that be nice..if they can only figure out how to charge you for clean air then we'll all be totally dependent.. and paying $$$$$$ through the nose..
