I never thought I'd see the day Haliburton gets tired of making illegal profits. Now that scandals and elections are on the horizon they pull out of Iraq. Oh well, they are still riggin' in the dough with oil profits.

Haliburton thought they had better get out while the getting was good Either that or stay around and get caught making those illegal profits

I guess they milked enough money out of Bush and Cheney. How many billions has America given them so far? They are multi-national. They will abandon ship in mid-stream because they are for profit, have too much to loose, and they can always relocate. It makes me sad to think about all the newly unemployed mercenaries that they used to employ. Maybe we should offer more bounties on insurgents...

Clinton was the one who set up Haliburton as the contractor in 1997, they just never needed them till Iraq.

On the contrary sir, Halliburton's overseas work is anything but illegal, its business all very legal as any court will tell you.

Are you jealous they are better businessmen that you are?
