The person is not the same legal entity as the estate-- the estate cannot take possesion --- the landlord can't sue a dead person -- this isn't a real case just a moot exercise for fun

It seems to me that when I go into the US either to shop, business or travel and talk to citizens, it blows me away. They don't seem to know anything about Canada and we are their next door neighbours. Bush had no idea what language mexican people spoke and they are also your neighbour. I knew people in NY and they thought Canada was a big mountain. How can Americans be so racist, yet they don't know anything about anyones culture but there own. Don't want to help any other, except when it benefits them. I'm not saying all Americans are like this but there sure is alot. I'm from Canada and things Americans say to me just blow my mind and these are business people, well educated. Well apparently not.

I'm Indonesian. I live in WEst Java, but for this week I am taking a trip to Sumatra, so I was extremly scared to hear that there was an earth quake(and tsunami) in my home place(6.8!), I couldnt watch TV(my hotel isnt exactly a glamorous one), so when my Friends called me telling me about the news I really panicked, calling everyone I know, checking whether there are fine or not. my question is, do you, non Indonesia people care about any of this? I cant help wondering, how evil nature can be to us sometimes, but how can people still do war, if there are actually people out there dying of natural causes?(not just the tsunami, earth quakes, volcanos erupting, AIDS, poverty, etc) how can they even think of killing other people with so much in this world going on to be fixed?

Bush today at the G8 said "See the irony is what they need to do it get Syria to get Hezbollah to stop doing this $hit and its over."

What do you think? Do you think this will impact the middle east negotiations?

The UK coverage of the Israeli invasion of Lebanon with the world's fourth largest military machine (according to spending) suggests that buildings and a couple of people that got in the way are unintended victims in Lebanon.

Should citizens who openly support the Al-Qaeda or any other terrorist organisation be deported even though they are not directly linked or involved in any, just openly supports (through protests).
Would this is unconstitutional-regarding civilian laws of freedom of speech?

…why? It’s illegal! Do you support robbery and murder too? Only intelligent, non-insulting, real answers please. If you're not going to respectfully answer the question, then don’t bother, unless you like getting reported.

It just doesn't make any sense to me i mean America is supposse to be free speech, but how come when someone makes a comment about being on the opposite field, for example someone saying that they don't like our current president, it would then make several people become uneasy and be ready to burn them at the stake literally. It's all confusing to me. It's like no one takes the time out to read current polls in the media saying that nearly half of our country doesn't support our president. I'm not anti bush but i'm wondering why people get so aggravated when someone says they don't like him. Wouldn't that make most of us hypocrytical?
I just want to know peoples views on this subject.
