Iran and Iraq have given themselves that right. Iraq under Saddam tried to invade Kuwait and Iran is trying to invading Israel through Hezbollah and Hamas.
And Islam as a whole is trying to create an Islamic World Empire.

no body has the right to interfere with others, according to international law,any nation has the right to choose its regime or government no body else, but now adays who gives a **** about the Intel law?
