if we care about the iraq people we would let them build the structure of iraq back up. i guess we bomb it then let our companies make money off the rebuilding, shameful.

I am in the miliitary, so don't think I am bashing it. Where are the WMDs? Why are we in this war? Why are so many Americans having to die? If Bush could run for a third term, would you vote to re-elect him? Vote Hillary!

On the news last night there was a story about how the Bush administration purposely over estimated this year's Federal budget deficit to over $400 billion, so that when it came in lower at $298 billion, Bush would look like a hero...THAT"S JUST WRONG...First of all they're lying to us..AGAIN. Secondly, they overspent by $300 BILLION and he looks like a hero? This country has lost it's way !!! I'm sick of Bush !!!

Must you love your government (right or wrong) in order to love your country, even if your country was founded on dissent?

A guy took his blonde girlfriend to her first football game. They had great seats right behind their team's bench. After the game, he asked her how she liked the experience.

"Oh, I really liked it," she replied, "especially the tight pants and all the big muscles, but I just couldn't understand why they were killing each other over 25 cents."

Dumbfounded, her date asked, "What do you mean?"

"Well, they flipped a coin, one team got it, and then for the rest of the game they kept screaming: 'Get the quarterback! Get the quarterback!' I'm like -- Helloooooo? It's only 25 cents!

Why is it that Americans seem so out raged at the fact that a few terroist killed 2986 American civilans when during the second world war they seemed contempt at dropping a Atomic bomb on two whole cities of innocent civilans? Would it be right for Japan two attack America in retalation of targeting non-military targets?
I see military targets as fair game dont get me confused there. But innocent life taken is not fair and America seems hypocritical. So is America better than so called terrosist

Hi, my name is Phil, and I am a life long friend of the Schiavos. We attended church with Terri's parents for many years, and really loved Terri.

We were with her family on that fateful day when Terri passed away. As the nurse (probably a liberal) came in and removed the life sustaining feeding tube, Terri (bless her heart) started to cry. We quickly grabbed the tube from the nurse and put it back in Terri. But, just then, another nurse came in, and took it out of her. As the nurses walked back to the nursing station with the feeding tube, we could hear them chuckle.

Well, this is why I still Support Tom Delay, George & Jeb Bush, and the rest of the GOP. They're the only ones with the courage to stand up to the liberals and do the Christian thing.

But, the question remains. Why were liberals so eager to kill this vibrant woman?

Whenever I question the official reasons for war or the official explanation for 9/11 I feel as though I am automatically labeled unpatriotic. How is this even possible in country that was founded on the right to dissent against those with power that are abusing it and whose first Law added to the Constitution was put in place to ensure that people could speak their conscience?

We hear all the studies about how classically attractive people seem to be automatically given credit with positive traits compared to their less attractive counterparts. We also here the disturbing reports about institutional racism in police forces for example as revealed by the 'Secret Policeman' in GMP. Do you think the police do give therefore preferential treatment? I knew a girl who was very attractive but was acting out. When bar staff complained the police always seem to let her off or check if she was ok. It took quite a few call outs for the police to decide to take any complaints seriously and for her to be arrested. Predictably she also got off any charges in court and was served only with a bind over. Police are meant to be impartial but I too have found that women get treated a lot differently to males for a crime e.g. theft or being drunk ..this is my own observations and wanted to know others views on this and what if anything can help improve the situation
