1. Illegal Aliens coming to America.

2. American Employers hiring Illegal Aliens.

Both are crimes, but which is worse and why?

If no employers were willing to hire illegals, that would effectively end most illegal immigration. Demand drives supply--Keynesian economics. If employers stop DEMANDING cheap illegal labor, fewer foreigners will sneak in to SUPPLY it. So, my answer is #2. It's the catalyst.

If American Employers didn't hire illegal aliens then they couldn't find work in America, thus limiting their ability to make money and sending it back home, thus making America less appealing! It is the employers who pay cash under the table that makes the problem of ILLEGAL aliens worse!

American employers hiring illegal aliens is worse to me because many employers are exploiting them (or can if they choose). Without any legal status, an employer can pay what they want and demand what they want. That's why I find this whole situation hilarious (and I'm being sarcastic when I type that) - if illegals gain legal status, then what are employers going to do? There might be legal individuals willing to take the job, but would the employer be willing to pay and support them according to current laws (ie at LEAST minimum wage, breaks, lunch/dinner)?

Well I would have to say Illegal Aliens coming to America, because if they didn't come to America our Employer's can't hire them!

Neither...
Becase normally they come here because they have no other choice....

and They get employed in positions (nine times out of ten) that most "americans don't really want to have in the first place)...

Yes, it would be nice to control it better and get things more secure... But it's not as big of a problem as some people try to make it sound...

aiding and abetting those that are breaking the law and no better than to do so, is worse. shame on you Americans helping the illegals! have them become legal, and hire them

#2. Because in #1, they are coming to america by themselves to try to make it here. In #2, our citizens who are bound by and should be upholding the law, are directly rewarding that practice. It's hypocricy.
