Have you tried to buy a house lately, it'll cost you a lot more. Have you tried to sell a house lately, good luck. Adjustable house loans you already have, new car loans, credit card rates, business loans, it all costs more now that we're spending, what is it, 4 billion a month in Iraq to find WMD. Somebody has to pay for that bloody, dead end quagmire. Guess who that is.

stomach, killing her fetus. In the majority of states, this is considered MURDER. (see below)

But five minutes later, the Doc. could do the exact same thing, albeit more humanely, and soicety does not bat an eye.

Does this make any sense at all?

see e.g. NY Penal Code:
§ 125.00 Homicide defined.
"Homicide means conduct which causes the death of a person or an unborn child with which a female has been pregnant for more than twenty-four weeks under circumstances constituting murder ..."

FYI - THis is not a loaded question. In my personal opinion, making the Doc., the criminal is not the answer, yet I think a fetus that the mother intends to carry to term deserves some measure of protection, but those two beliefs lead to the absurd situation reached above.

Are there other countries that don't try very hard to stop illegal aliens from flooding across their borders? Do other countries give illegals free health care? Liberals in the U.S. want to give hispanic illegals THE RIGHT TO VOTE! Does this kind of madness happen elsewhere in the world? Or is the nuttiness pretty much contained in America?

I wonder if the reason we see such poor governance in Africa is at least partly due to the psychological and sociologial scars left by the colonialists who so ruthlessly tore the continent apart?

I also wonder why after all these years African leaders in general still seem to be intoxicated with power and riches and aren't more determined to establish the principles that will lead to lasting prosperity for all their people throughout future generations?

I don't know all the facts so don't shoot me! I'm asking you to tell me if I'm thinking in the right direction or not.

While I spent 11 years in the Navy I noticed a trend. Many people from lands other than the US joined the U.S. Military. Most of these people did it not because of a lotality to the U.S. But because of money. Many would send paychecks home to suppport their family and economy. If they spend 20 years in they could receive retirement about $1500 per month. In many countries this would be like getting a $6,000 pay check in America.
When they are finished with a 20 year job. "by the way active duty people rarely go to war" I spend 11 years active and never went to any hot spots. They can relocate to a Non US land and still receive the full amount of a military retirement. This of course comes from our Taxes.

When only 5000 people do this, Our US of A send's $90 million per year to support the temporary patriot.

Is this a loop hole that should be closed?
Is this ethical behavior?
Is this helping or hurting America's Welfare?

in your district/county/area that need to be recalled on grounds of fraud, corruption, incompetence etc? Does your area have any citizens' groups that regularly request public audit, or public hearings of grievances from citizens? You don't have to name names, just yes/no...maybe why...
