Sadly for us all, the UN either does not get enough coverage or it simply has no teeth. The UN had the opportunity, with the Iraq war, to show its true colours. Sadly, it did... and it was laughable.
The longer the UN is a weak force, not recieving the news coverage it deserves that include out spoken, hard-hitting words spoken by UN officials, the arrogance of the USA government will mantain itself with Britain by its side offering support...at any cost.

It seems British society is as polarized as ours. I'll just say that Blaire is probably the world's most intelligent leader... he can enunciate our common interests in a way that Bush, sadly, does not do very well. Take pause to be proud of your nation's leader. I think his stand, whether you agree or not, has been heroic. He has your security at heart - even your freedom to derile him. The US is not invading the UK - our staunchest ally. We love those Brits. You gave us Elizabeth Hurley!!! Besides, preparations are being made to invade Canada. ha, ha, ha...

USA sucks, its full of pricks like the guys answer above Dan B. He is so thick he doesnt realise UK could have rule the world, however we have had the decency to give the commonwealth countries we previously ruled independence. Dont they teach history in the USA. Your country is weak in so many ways (THE USA THAT IS), you have trouble in IRAQ, imagine you cam up against the Chinese, you would be bang in trouble.

Whilst current events in Korea are definitely a cause for concern you can see where they are coming from. America says you naughty little country you can't do that you can't do this you can't have nukes but it's alright for us to have enough nukes to blow your *** into the next universe.Pure hypocrisy,then they wonder why their not popular in many country's of the world.
