Last year I got charged with receiving stolen property. They gave me 30 days in county, suspended for 1 year good behavior. This year I came up about a month short. I got 4 new charges, 1 possesion, 1 theft, and 2 conduct after an accident charges. I have yet to have the court date for this. While out on bail I got another possesion about a month later. I had the 2 court dates put into one. What is the possible outcome? I have hired a good attorney who used to be a state prosecuter, and I have been good with police. I am 18 years old.

Martin Lutharking only workedfor the advacement of blacks, he neverdid anything forthe hispanics beingforced to enter the U.Sin order to work .... Why do you cherish him as a human rights leader , when he never lifted a finger to help the Mexicans ?

The hispanics have always been the real victims, blacks were brought here by boats, why were they not forced to swim from Africa, we are forced to walk from Mexico .

I got married to a US citizen 3 years ago and am about to file a petition to remove conditions of residence. I have papers like birth certificate of our child, joint bank account statement, joint car loan. My question is: do I need affidavits from 2 people as evidence of relationship to support my petition? Do you have any experience with this? Thanks

I need to get to the official US Immigration web site to print out a copy of an application for citizenship. Can I ever print one out? I co-worker has asked me if I could do this, but I'm not sure if I even can. I don't even know where I can physically send him to find the proper paperwork.

Then why in the world is the US wanting to stop Iran and North Korea from getting nuclear weapons when they will not get rid of those weapons. Do keep one thing in mind, the US is the only country in the world that was barbaric and cowardly enough to actually use nuclear weapons in time of war.

I know a retired airforce person who "is rated disabled 90%", works fulltime, receives both disability and a retirement check, was not injured in war or war maneuvers. Why can retired military get such a rating with no obvious disability?
I am concerned because they are telling all their retired friends about another check they can get.

Walter Cronkite recently said so. He added, "Just look at who they elected to Congress and as President."

If yes...why? I understand that if a 16 year old kills someone, they should be held responsible. But at the same time, they are a child. How can the government put a child to death when it basically gives no real rights to them before the age of 18 because they are supposedly "too young to make a valid decision". If they are too young to decide a candidate to vote on...or even buy a pack of smokes than how can they really make a valid decision to kill someone and be held accountable in a way that includes being put to death? Most are young enough that they could spend a certain amount of time in a detention center and receive the help needed to help guide them in making valid decisions for when they are released as adults. I guess I just don't get it...but killing a child to hold them accountable for their actions is unjust.

Was I wrong to shoplift 2 years ago? Yes, but that's not the point of my question. In fact, if I had known there were charges pressed against me, I would have turned myself in years ago when the event occurred, as opposed to being embarrassed beyond belief when the officer told me to put my hands behind my head. What I was asking was if the arrest was legal on the part of the LEO. My date and I were just hanging out enjoying each others company, and were more than helpful to the police officer who asked us if we had seen anything.

Sooo, I guess my new question is Are police legally able to just run plate numbers and background checks at will, even if they have no reason to suspect me of doing anything?

And yes, when I was 17, I stole a 5 dollars worth of merchandise and this is what happened. For all the youth and adults out there who have thought about taking something, don't do it, its never worth it.
