Geoge Bush, a common typo for George Bush. Also, a title put on him by those referring to him via ebonics. Geoge Bush is also a term used by Americans with a loose hold on the english language. It is commonly known that southerners and many blacks are unable pronounce the letter r in these contexts.
This is similar to 'Geogia' and 'Jaezus'.

I don't know who Geoge Bush is, but George Bush is that guy painted on a wall near Belfast city centre, that has a hose stuck out of his mouth and next to him is a painting of Iraq, and he's sucking oil out, and underneath the George Bush painting is the words "AMERICA's GREATEST FAILURE"
