I need to get to the official US Immigration web site to print out a copy of an application for citizenship. Can I ever print one out? I co-worker has asked me if I could do this, but I'm not sure if I even can. I don't even know where I can physically send him to find the proper paperwork.

You can get the application (PDF Format) and print it from the offical Immigration and Naturalization Service web page, which is

www.uscis.gov

You can always print any forms from that web page. As a matter of fact, INS officials encourage people to apply through the web page so the process becomes faster. Still you got to make payments with money orders. There is an INS office in evey major city in USA, so you can also go there and get the application from them directly.
