Last year I got charged with receiving stolen property. They gave me 30 days in county, suspended for 1 year good behavior. This year I came up about a month short. I got 4 new charges, 1 possesion, 1 theft, and 2 conduct after an accident charges. I have yet to have the court date for this. While out on bail I got another possesion about a month later. I had the 2 court dates put into one. What is the possible outcome? I have hired a good attorney who used to be a state prosecuter, and I have been good with police. I am 18 years old.

Sounds bad man.. Hopefully the attorney you got is as good as you say. It's all up to what he/she can do for ya.. I hope you get off, but learn from your decisions.. Don't let it happen again.. Good luck!

You will have to face the first charge first. Whatever they suspended will come back to haunt you.
You will have to take the first time offenders program for the drug charges. (f there is one in you're state)
(Plea not guilty. Of course) Usually they offer you a deal, If you complete a drug evaluation before your court date that will also help you. Usually the judge orders you to get one anyway, and by having it done it only makes you look responsible for clearing up the mess you made.
You might have to do a few days, however, with a good attorney you will do no time.
Good Luck!

You make it sound like you fell down some stairs and got caught with stolen goods. And then you fell down the stairs a couple more times but none of it was your fault.

You deserve whatever you get and it sounds like the court will label you a repeat offender which means, say goodbye to any plea bargains in the future. The court will stick you straight into the big house.

Some people are just too stupid to live and you are too stupid to figure that out. The only thing people like you understand is a boot upside the head, or prison time.

At 18 with 6 charges on your rap sheet, i'd say it's a safe bet that you are going to jail.
I hope that you will use the time wisely and make a plan for your life when you get out.

Well They could do a variety of things starting with they could put you on parole if you are on parole or probation they could pull your parole or probation and you would end up doing your back up sentencing . It sounds like the court is being lenient with you, I suggest you straighten you act out are you will be In a work house somewhere or serving time behind bars and or doing community service and having it on your perment record.Good luck man keep your head high didn't let others bring you down with them!

What takes position once you bypass over a courtroom date for a misdemeanor is they placed out a warrant on your arrest. Any warrants for unpaid some thing, no count number number the state, will take position and he ought to take care of them beforehand he's released from reformatory. wish he has some money!!!

Well first of all, stop breaking the law!
You'll probably do a little time. I don't think you're looking at years, but I think you'll see some time. Maybe you'll get lucky with this lawyer and he/she will get you off with just probation.
It's not worth it! Just be good!!! Good luck!

I agree with Greg. It sounds like you will be serving some jail time for the recent arrests, especially since you were already on probation/ out on bond.

Stop committing crimes and you won't have problems like this.

If you hired a good attorney, ask him. He, being a good attorney, would probably know more than the rest of us, right? Huh?
