During WW2, my great grandparents who are Japanese lived in Seoul, Korea during the Japanese occupation as a school teacher. He lived in a house there. After the war was over, he and his family had to flee or be killed. There was no time to pack. He hid the family scroll wich had our family history going back thousands of years on it and our family samurai sword in the house. He hoped to get it after the war settles down. He returned several months later but the new owner of the house told him to "get lost". Anyways, the scroll is very important to our family. Several family members have tried to go back but with no success. The last time someone went back she couldn't find it because they changed the cities layout with new construction. We don't even know if it still exists. We do have the old address. My question is who can I ask for help? Does Korea have a law there similar to U.S. warrant laws so we can search the home for our scroll? What about finding the location?

They'll continue to have their prestiguous health care system that would not be available to the 'common man'. How Democratic!

I'm speechless! The President's war on terrorism is an utter and complete failure.

"CIA: Osama Helped Bush in '04"
http://www.consortiumnews.com/2006/070306.html
Quoting an excerpt: {Some Bush supporters quickly spun the diatribe as “Osama’s endorsement of John Kerry.” But behind the walls of the CIA, analysts had concluded the opposite: that bin-Laden was trying to help Bush gain a second term.}

He is 22 and got a DUI at age 18.So this is his second offence. He doesn't know what to do because he enrolled in the community college around here and can't do manditory jail time in the other county without withdrawling from school which he just got financial aid for. Are there other options? He contacted the court and they put a warrant out for not showing up to the court date (because he has no license and needed a ride and also had class). They said he can submit the judge a letter for another court date,but he's going to school and fall and doesn't want to go to jail when he got school paid for. I dont know what to tell him (other than he was stupid to be drinking and driving)...do you? Are there other options than jail time?

I don't understand why Bush says""I know there needs to be a worker program that says you can come here on a temporary basis and work here legally for jobs Americans aren't doing,", but then say "We cannot kick people out who have been here for a while."

I wouldn't mind the first sentence, which is what he normally focuses on. If we want to bring in x number of people to say move furntiture for a couple years, and then after that time they go home I wouldn't have a big problem. What I do have a problem with is this notion that anyone that illegally enters the country and can evade authorities for a certain period of time becomes a citizen. How does he go from people doing work and then leaving to letting people bring in their elderly parents, young children, cousins and other family members and then letting them all become US citizens? What he's basically doing in displacing Americans by bringing in so many people that some areas of the country aren't even recognizable anymore.

Please provide documention of public comments on the subject by elected Republicans or Party officials. Comments that only communists or class war-mongers EVEN CARE about the distribution of wealth are not welcome.

For those who question the accuracy of the statement that the gap is widening:

It is funny how we can label any suspicious activity by a muslim ( arab/pakistani/indian) involvement in terrorism while on the other hand we have major super powers in the world performing acts of injustive and inhumane killing millions of innocent lives. I believe in the saying 'an eye for an eye' but what if you go over board and cut off their limbs as well. If the 9/11 incident was to occur in Israel for instance of even a place like Germany or Italy would the response be the same? If so why not? Another big question with little assurity is that how come there were no jews present at the world trade centre on 9/11, again I am not sure if this is a fact or not but this has spread around.

The REAL reason is that ILLEGALS were STEALING the white underwear and trying to "smuggle" it out of the prison. Isn't that insult on injury?

The mayor stated that he has many tents from the Korean war and will NEVER run out of space.

GOD BLESS THE MAJOR!!

He did this about a year ago and I didn't even know about it, now it's on my record. If I was to report it that it wasn't me but him; anyone know the extent of the punishment that he would get.

I see a lot of women who are uneducated and don't have a job, having lots of babies by different men and getting money every week to purchase things. Is our tax money being put to good use?
