They call it a fetus in another woman's body but its always 'their baby' when it's theirs personally....

Because they want to keep it. If they were going to abort it it would be a fetus.

It's just wordplay. One person's 'baby' is another person's 'tiny clump of undifferentiated cells'. A fetus is not a baby until it can support itself outside the womb. Until then it's merely a parasite, and a potential future baby.

Because in the womb, it's a fetus. If a woman is planning to have her child, it's her right to call it her "baby" regardless of her political view.

There is no hypocracy in it whatsoever.

Why do conservatives want to stop abortion, but refuse to allow anyone but married couples to adopt? (Because if they were adopting enough children, we wouldn't have any left to adopt, right?) How many children have you adopted personally? I hope several.
