Look the way things are happening aroung the globe. only countries that have big muscle are dictating what they want to poor countries. United nations has no power to govern do to this problem. I wonder what the result will be after 100 years.

Also, how difficult is it to learn to fly an Air Force fighter jet? (By the way, President Bush did both. Doesn't sound like an idiot to me.......He also held his own in debates with Ann Richards, Al Gore and John Kerry. Does that make them idiots, too?)

National Guard will not allow retirment The allegations are False My Husband was asked this year if he wanted to rejoin for another term of 5 years he said no he wanted to retire. His records state he has done 20 years and his contract ends as of Aug.06. When approached by his unit the second time they told him he had to go to PLDC, School to keep his rank for the second time he told them he is retiring. The unit told him to contact Albany when he did, Albany told him to contact his Unit. He received an E-mail stating he didn’t have enough drill time in to retire. My Husband has never been in any trouble and he never missed any drills unless they are counting his 90 day leave every service man receives after returning from a tour. Since he has returned from Iraq he has become increasingly depressed this current problem has made things worse. We need to know who we could contact for help, he should be able to retire just like anyone else. Any Direction is appreciated.

I just left my abusive spouce and am facing charges In Minnesota. I am not letting him see the kids becouse he has threatened to take them so many times. He said if I do not Let him see the kids he will testify just to make sure I go behind bars.

I don't, but I do know that children in my area that do not speak English do not attend classes with children that do.They have a separate class for those children.And THEY are the ones that fall behind because the major focus of the class is to teach them English above all else.So my question is...If they were to tolerate them speaking another language and teach them basic cirriculum in their native language instead of trying to beat English into them,and slowly teach them English,wouldn't it be much more beneficial?

Perjury is a crime only if you first swear to tell the truth then tell a lie. But what if you don't lie but made a mistake, this could still be used against you.

So in court, if you refuse to swear then they can't accuse you of perjury because you refuse to swear. You tell them. No I will not swear because I am not sure of anything and I don't want to be accused later. Since I refuse to swear then you are aware that my testimony will not be entirely true and some parts of it will be false and you can't accuse me of perjury because I did not swear.

the US military has used White phosphorous and MK77 which is a new napalm formula, not only against enemy combatants and guerrillas, but again innocent civilians in its siege of Fallujah.
how come we did the very same thing that we were there to get rid of? i thought we were fighting saddam hussein because he was such an evil man who used chemical weapons on his own people??
the fallujah massacre has resulted in the death of 800 iraqi 90% of which were civilians including women and children.

I rent a home. The landlord knows I moved a roomer in to help with rent. Never had a lease just moved in. How much time does he have to move out. What his legal rights as timewise? 24hrs, 72hrs. 3 days, 7 days, a month? for Virgina Laws he claims he has 30 days. Is this correct?

My friend was staying at his Dad's when his house was caught on fire. He was staying with us and the Red Cross gave his dad $(in the form of a gift card) for him for clothes. His Dad sold/traded it for drugs. This is not the first time his dad has screwed him over, and he's still loyal I DON"T UNDERSTAND!!!
