Logical enough. The Zimmermann Telegram, the offer by Imperial Germany to assist Mexico in the reconquest of the American Southwest if it joined the war against the Allies was only a few years before the rise of Nazi Germany. The English owe Mexico a great debt. If not for interception this telegram the US would have stayed out of WWI resulting in a lengthy continuation of a war the English may have lost.

The swastika was a revered symbol in the orient (especially China), and among North American indian tribes.
The Nazisforever converted that symbol to the embodiment of evil.
Do NOT get that tattoo if you ever want to travel anywhere in Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand, Israel and many other countries.
The customs people, at the border, may refuse you entry into the country, at the border for the tattoo alone.
You will never get a decent job in those countries, because you will be identified with the most evil group of people of the 20'th. century.
At best people will regard you with suspicion , you may never get beyond suspicion to friendship or assistance.
You may assaulted (beaten up), before anyone realises that your swastika has a legitimate other meaning.
In Ireal, and Russia that tattoo could even get you killed.
Forget it.

If you want a tattoo that symbolizes hatred against all races except what Hitler thought of as the "pure" race (and it wasn't Mexicans either) then knock yourself out. I don't know why you'd want that permanently on your body, but then I can't understand why anyone wants a tattoo. In about 15 years, that's going to look absolutely disgusting, and you'll want to get it removed, and that will cost big bucks.
