My friend was @ her boyfriends house in the garage getting ready to put her dog in the car w hen the Lab saw a cat run across the yard and chased it. The cat ran into the road & the dog followed- both got hit by a car. Dog is ok- cat died. The car was dented (amount damage unkown) My friend spent 12 hrs in the vet with the dog and in the mean time the car owner reported it to his car insurance co. The police came by looking for her and when they finally found her they wanted her name & phone number for the report. Now the insurance co sent her a letter asking for her insurance info. Her car wasn't involved so I told her they probably want her boyfirned's homeowner's insurance info. Would homewoners cover the damage to the car because the dog ran from the yard of the house into the road? I did not know what to tell her. She is in NJ. I told her to call an agent & pose the question to get an unbiased opinion rather than call the homeowners 1st. Can the insurance company come after her?

I am not looking for any charged liberal vs. conservative slamming here. It is a simple question, demanding a simple response. Remember, your answer must be kept to naming a benefit that the common American now has that the current administration has provided. It cannot be an old benefit. There is one restriction: NCLB doesn't count. I am a math teacher, and there are goods and bads with NCLB, but the jury is still out regarding which outweighs the other!

I look forward to your response! Thank you for your time!

14. Fraudulent Elections: Sometimes elections in fascist nations are a complete sham. Other times elections are manipulated by smear campaigns against or even assassination of opposition candidates, use of legislation to control voting numbers or political district boundaries, and manipulation of the media. Fascist nations also typically use their judiciaries to manipulate or control elections.

They were bussed and flown in at Republican lawmakers expense. Some even flew in on Tom Delay's private plane.

You can point out the deceptions over the UN inspection program, the uranium purchases, the aluminum tubes, the biological warfare agents, the '45 minutes', the drones, the chemical warfare capabilities, the mobile laboratories, the links between Hussein and Al Quaeda.
the lack of links between Hussein & Rumsfeld, the deceptions about the invasion of Kuwait, and the over-whelming deceit about the links between Hussein & September 11. You can talk about the flower strewn roads, Jessica Lynch, the American troops pulling down the statue in a close-up shot, the failure to protect antiquities and libraries while protecting oil interests, Halliburton, sacking public servants who were party members, selling national assets, disbanding the army, using mercenaries, killing civilians, Abu Ghraib, building permanent bases, destroying Fallujah, using napalm and depleted uranium.

Rampant Cronyism and Corruption: Fascist regimes almost always are governed by groups of friends and associates who appoint each other to government positions and use governmental power and authority to protect their friends from accountability. It is not uncommon in fascist regimes for national resources and even treasures to be appropriated or even outright stolen by government leaders.
