So he missed a meal and has decided to eat, do you think the guards should help him carry his wishes out, by not feeding him further, it would save us a lot of problems....and teach him a lesson in willpower..

Wars between countries involve territory. Thus, there can be a definative winner if one's troops and or land are conquered. An ideaology cannot be shot, jailed or fought with physically...it can only be conquered by competing ideas. Have we been fed the biggest war propaganda line ever? Like the "war on drugs" or "the war on poverty" there is no end in sight.

I admit we made a mistake; I only do so now knowing the outcome. It would be great to know the outcome of all our decisions prior to making them! What I dont get is how some Americans are blaming the entire war on him & stating he purposely lied. US presidents do not have the sole power to declare war. Both Democrat & Republican representatives reviewed the SAME intelligence info that Bush had & agreed to this war. Knowing this, how can one attempt to lay the entire blame on his shoulders? If I remember correctly, these same people were on the other side of the spectrum after 9/11 asking What did he know? & When did he know it? He gets blamed either way. He is only human for God's sake. He felt the same pain we all felt watching our countrymen murdered in front of our very eyes. Why can't people put themselves in his shoes? What decision would you have made if it were you who had an entire nations safety in your hands?

I asked this this question last night as well and had great feedback... My landlord confiscated my passport 2 weeks ago, because of the fact that my rent was behind (6 weeks), due to the fact that I broke my hand and wasn't able to work. I do not qualify for benifits and that's why it is in arrears. He told me yesterday after I pleaded to him, that he will keep it till my rent is up to date...(he also said that, he is keeping it to make sure I don't skip the country to get away from my outstanding rent of £420.00??!!??) The problem is, I have to find work and most companies doesn't eccept a copy of a passport. Any advice will be appreciated!!!!

I feel the seller was somewhat deceptive; I probably should have paid more attention though. The seller is threatening to sue and attempt to get legal fees and everything else says i commited fraud. I am looking for a website that talks about legal issues with ebay of if any attorneys are paying attention that would be helpful. I wasn't to worried but I actually think this guy might try and sue me. Any info on legal precedent for this type of thing would help also.
This is more of a principle issue than anything because the guy has been such an a** through the whole thing. The guy states:
"The use of the internet to defraud or deceive willingly and maliciously deceive is unlawful and criminal. A complaint of internet fraud will be filed with the United States Attorney General’s office. By you signing up with eBay to bid, you agreed to the terms and conditions of the buying and selling of products. By bidding, you placed a legal contract to buy the items you bid on of mine. etc."

The North Korea has now several missiles(nuke) capable of reaching mainland US. The US on the other hand, has deployed ships/submarines to the pacific to shoot down these missiles. Likewise, some are suggesting a preemptive strike. This time it's a real threat, unlike Iraq that we thought has 'weapons of mass destruction'.

In light of the recent bungled terrorism raids in London, and crude spin from MI6 and MI5 in the press, what is your impression of them?
Have a look at this article first:

I mean guyz do u really care about whats really happening in the world? all i can watch in the news is that someone's pet got kidnapped or someone who can eat 50 burgers as a meal or about a heroic soldier coming back from WAR. do u think heroism is about killing innocent people just for the fun it and hunting them down as if they're animals. i know it all started as a a holy missionary to save the world, but come on its nothing like that. it's all about oil and money, and yeah what the heck why not kill few arabs on the way... but i just wonder, if Bush is such a a dumb murderer why do people still vote for him?
