If Bush deems that he’s got to torture somebody, including by crushing the testicles of the person’s child, there is no law that can stop him?

Not right now, he's firmly insulated by other corrupt republicans including his daddy that will ensure nothing "bad" will happen to Georgie Boy. Patience, his day of reckoning is approaching with the mid-term elections.

Bush has never done that.
I'm no Bush fan, but you need to study history in a more open way. Just because something wasn't put in front of your face, doesn't mean it didn't happen. Look eep in to what was going on under the Clinton Admin too. You'll find just as much bad stuff.
Both sides are equally bad and are not coming up with the solutions.

There are laws and a supposed balance of power set up by our forefathers. What lacks is the willingness of those with the ability and means to stop him. The whole government needs a douche!

When we torture prisioners all we are doing is getting misinformation and making them feel justified when it happens to our guys. Either try them for whatever crimes they have committed or let them go. Torture is barbaric and doesnt work.

I agree with colman and lucky,

I don't like most of what Bush does but your being brain washed by propaganda, your listening to others of your creed and reading or observing enough for yourself
