I need to swear an affidavit to say i have lost my passport.apparently you can do it online,but the websites i found only do US ones.Any UK sites?

You cannot, it must be done infront of an oath commissioner which could be a solicitor, notary etc.
The reason is because the document is a formal declaration, doing things online will remove the certain sageguards there are.
