Not just the borders, we need minutemen chapters in every city.
eir They certify buisnesses and put thier logo on their doors and parking lots.
A business signs up voluntarily; allows records of the employees, their social security numbers and payrolls to be checked by minutemen; and agrees to 'surprise' visits where the minutemen - without arms - go to the buisness park outside each exit without apprihanding anyone -just to monitor that no one is sneaking out, and then make sure that all employees working are actually legal residents and are pair on roster and not under the table.
When I go to a town and there are two buisnesses (Motels for example) on the same road, and one of them has minutemen logo and the other does not, I would prefer to give my business to the one WITH LOGO even if more expensive.
It has all got to be voluntary - employers, the employees, the customers. No force, no guns. Just the benefit of Americans spending money at businesses they know to hire legal workers.

the powers enumerated to them by the constitution?

For the last 70 years the legislative and executive branches have been turning over what is intended to be thier exclusive duty of enacting legislation over to government agencies (such as head start) and have formed departments that deal with issues that are outside of their enumerated powers (such as the department of education).

The Supreme court has spent the last 60 years (particularly in the 60's and 70') legislating rather than interpreting law. Legislation is suppossed to be done entirely by the Congress.

Only 50/maybe 49% of us vote. We get what they want!! Use your right to vote, no excuses!!!! If you are 18 or over show up on election days!! No answers that say my vote doesn't count that's a cop out. 50/51% of the votes would count.

Say you suffered a scratched knee or elbow ...

I can understand if the lot was in need of repair, and you tripped over broken concrete ... but what if you just stumbled over your own feet? Would you try to hold them responsible? What grounds would you have?

Over the past 2yrs, I have received over 400+ emails and 600+ phone calls from an ex-business partners' jealous homosexual lover. Originally, he had no influence over my ex-business partner's decisions regarding our professional relationship, but somewhere along the line, their personal lives spilled over into our corporate affairs, resulting in the business partner's termination. This was the day that his houseboy launched his obsesive harassment campaign against me. He began by illegally ordering and using our corporate credit cards and forging my name. I filed a police report with the Houston Police Department, and had signed statements and video from the stores he used the cards, but the police never did anything! Since then, I filed two more reports for harrasment, yet HPD does nothing. Now, he has continued to call, and email with obsesive hollow threats and vulgar comments. I have copies of most of the emails and voice mails. I cannot change my contact info either. Out of space

Would they send the police, an ambulence, or the fire department? Or would they send a combonation of them. Because say you called the police and there was a robber in your house and you could say anything. Or if you were having a heart attack and you couldn't speak.

I asked a similar question before but didn't get a good answer on how it is supposed to work. Or whether it will work. I'm really trying to be open-minded about this.

Republican Engler in 3 terms as governor created most of Michigan's economic problems. Yet Democratic Governor Granholm is supposed to solve all these problems in only a couple of years. She doesn't have a magic want. She also doesn't have a state house or senate with enough Democrats in it to back her up.

Just like Clinton was supposed to accomplish anything in the White House with a majority of Republicans in both houses, how can Granholm do anything with a majority of Democrats in both state houses?

Yes, voters are stupid. They want quick and easy answers, and there are none.

Okay, I have heard that a parent should get the child if their is abuse, should the word abuse be redefined. because to some it means mental, physical and emotional. No matter how you might think of it, we all have been through mental, physical, and emotional abuse as a child, and we are still alive to speak about it. Mentally competent is hard to prove in the court of law as a defense, so why do we allow the courts to use it when we are dealing with child custody. I mean, some women use this as a defense to get the children, and to have control over the father. Sorry ladies, but that is the truth. The weak are being overcome by the strong in some relationships, so the weak fall victims to the courts mercy in a revengeful way that we all know the courts are having more sympathy for the weak. The point is, should we all be subject to mental evaluations and drug test when dealing with the affairs of child custody and child support these are both parents children not just one.
