Over the past 2yrs, I have received over 400+ emails and 600+ phone calls from an ex-business partners' jealous homosexual lover. Originally, he had no influence over my ex-business partner's decisions regarding our professional relationship, but somewhere along the line, their personal lives spilled over into our corporate affairs, resulting in the business partner's termination. This was the day that his houseboy launched his obsesive harassment campaign against me. He began by illegally ordering and using our corporate credit cards and forging my name. I filed a police report with the Houston Police Department, and had signed statements and video from the stores he used the cards, but the police never did anything! Since then, I filed two more reports for harrasment, yet HPD does nothing. Now, he has continued to call, and email with obsesive hollow threats and vulgar comments. I have copies of most of the emails and voice mails. I cannot change my contact info either. Out of space

You could see if his email provider will cut him off; you should also be able to block his emails thru your own provider. If the police won't act, you could see a lawyer and have the lawyer fire off a warning letter to cease and desist all contact.

Consider getting a restraining order against the person to protect you from harassment. It would then be illegal for him to contact you in any way other than through his attorney.

Also consider a civil suit against him for monetary damages.

Thirdly, if you believe that the police department isn't performing its sworn duty to uphold the law, then file a formal grievance. Demand that your case be assigned to another officer and threaten a civil suit against the department for allowing this person to continue harassing you. If your case has merit, they'll listen and act. If you're just blowing smoke and your story isn't as cut and dried as you'd have us believe, they'll know that too and blow you off again.

Contact your nearest FBI and show them copies of the e-mails and phone messages that you recorded earlier. They can stop this person and charge him with stalking or harrassment charges.
