I have heard that the kids should go to the one that is responsible of taking care of the kids. Okay. I have to disagree to a point. If dad is working a Mcdonald's because that is the only job that he can get employment for does that make him any less of a responsible parent. He is paying his child support, so shouldn't he have half of the custodial responsibilities that is given fully to one parent based on the idea that one parent has treated his significant other poorly. Yet he was a good parent to the children. We as Americans must step up to the plate and see that such laws are replaced with reasonable laws that give both parents the responsibility to see and raise their children. The courts are only making money off of child support enforcement by charging interest on back child support. when this money can stay in the households where it belongs, because many non-custodial parents are giving money to the custodial parent on the side and still paying child support.

Okay people, here we go again, I know that some of you have been watching the news, about that millionaire that shot the judge and killed his wife. So my point is do you believe that he was going to lose his children to his wife, only recieving visitation rights? I believe that the current family laws are destroying families with no regard to the fact that women can not have babies by themselves. Even if they were to go to a sperm bank, it still takes the help of a man. So men should get equal custody in the parternal involvement of their children. Men are getting the big stick of the rear, no matter how funky it may sound, the men in the case are not dealing with the issue in a civil manner. Help is needed, because the men are in love just as much with their children as the mother is if not even more. Just like the territorial animals of the jungle the male's are the dominant of protecting the family, and when they feel threaten in their authority they will defend their pride..

I am constantly getting letters from the neighborhood association with ridiculous claims, second notices, stating my mailbox post doesn't meet regulations, or I am not to work on my car in my driveway, or my hose needs to be out of sight. All these claims are bogus and the writer on these letters is never in to receive my calls and never returns them. What can I do? Who does a neighborhood assocation answer to if I want to go over their heads? How does it work? Do they have to respond if someone writes them lies about these things?

I have an interview for citizenship next month but i lost my green card and passport which the INS require me to bring. What should I do? When I had my appointment for fingerprinting, I also didn't have my green card and passport. I only had my driver's license and police report for lost document, and they accepted me.Now I have my appointment for interview, should I renew my green card or should I just bring my police report as an evidence that I lost my green card and passport?

In serving pro-bono customers, does the "ethical wall" make any sense, is it "for real"? How does a law firm conciliate the interests of attracting, or preserving a very wealthy and profitable account with the interests of an indigent or non-profit client that the law firm might not serve twice in a lifetime?
