The NYCHA site is an advertising medium developed by programmers using information that is compiled by entering data from owner/builder development advertising applications. The data is stored on the NYCHA database in alphabetical order by borough, then by street, and lastly by street number, but the list itself is not represented on the site, only the database, becuase it is being constantly updated due to the nature of the way the database is organised. Therefore any any one time the database of developments is accurate, but soon after that the list changes, and since it's not ordered chronologically you wouldn't know from a printed list which developments were completed, almost completed or new and where the latest developments are likely to occur, therefore it is assumed the list is of no use to customers/buyers. If you are still interested, contact NYCHA directly by phone or in person and ask for a printout (which they will charge you for), directly from their mainframe database.
