When deciding on Immigration policy, should we keep in mind whether or not we are saddling future generations with an overcrowded, polluted urban sprawl-land filled with balkanized factions-thus proving ourselves too stupid to preserve our heritage and country and so base we are willing to sell it for a buck?

Only people who know this answer, please only respond. Thanks. And also, do you know if it discusses the way that God didn't want gay marriage obviously because he made Adam and Eve (not Adam and Steve) and because he told Noah to put a female and male animal on the arc together?

We seem to have the technology to make for cleaner more effective ways to create usable energy, yet still rely heavily on fossil fuels and resources that continue to plague our planet (not to mention the wars that have been caused between nations protecting them).

I feel that we should send prisoners with no hope of parole to Iraq to fight in this war. Most of the soldiers there are from the guards and they basically signed up to get college paid for. I know they should have thought about what they were doing but the number of soldiers we have lost is astronomical. Our prisons are overcrowded and these people are getting better treatment than the soliders over there defending their rights. Just a thought. I didnt mean to offend anyone.

don't have enought to eat, a roof over their head or a decent economy to find a paying job in? Where do the weapons that are stockpiled in their arsenals come from? Who benefits from the sales of the billions spent on these unnecessary weapons? How do the local population benefit? What would happen to the US economy if it stopped mass producing and mass proliferating weapons of MD?

It's obvious and has been for years that the most lethally addicting substance available is cigarettes. But tobacco doesn't have any addicting ingredients, cigarette companies ADD nicotine to get consumers addicted. Why in the world is there a "war on drugs" when the most heinous drug is allowed everywhere?

I have an upcoming hearing for a motion to sign orders, wherein opponents counsel is requesting that the judge sign an order.
This order, at its end, says "i accept and consent to these orders....' and has signature spaces.
If i sign this am I waiving my right to appeals and post trial motions?
