I'm a naturalized American citizen, but I speak Eglish, and the official language here is English. It seems to me like an insult to spanish speakers to say: Oh you're too stupid to learn how to pay for your stuff in english. It's not like they have to learn the whole freegin language.

I got arrested for possesion of a very small amount of marijuana , and have to go to court in a few days. Do I have to have a lawyer, or can I argue myself? What can I get for it, if it was my first time?

Obviously people want a better life, we all do. The question I ask myself is- what are they running from, not their roots. Since Untied States already plays a world police, why don't we overthrow Mexico's corrupt government and help them establish a better world for our neighboring Hispanics?

just because they are CENTRAL AMERICAN or LATIN AMERICAN doesn't make them american. it makes them a wanna-be american, but definately NOT american.

Look back over the last few American presidents that served 2 terms. I think that they gain so many enemies over that time that they are hidden from the public so much they don't actually know what the public wants. If you look at 2-term Presidents you will see how power crazy they become over the 2 terms and how many enemies they gain.

Would it be a better idea to have 1 longer term of 5 years or 2 shorter terms of 3 years instead?

I am needing to file a small claims suit agains my ex fiancee. What I need to know is what I can include in the suit. Her cell phone for the past three years has been in my name, but she malitiously accrued several hundred dollars in charges just before she broke up with me. There was an agreement we made together to split the phone bill 33%/64% (hers was 33%). Can I hold her responsible for these charges, overage charges, line suspoension charges, and number cancellation charges? Also, in taking this to court, can I include loss of wages during the court proceedings?

I feel that anybody who kills of molests a child should be publicly executed. I understand that my views are very hardcore, however if you have kids you know why I feel this way. Besides there is no form or rehabilitation in the world that can stop these creatures. So catch em and killem!!
