I have an upcoming hearing for a motion to sign orders, wherein opponents counsel is requesting that the judge sign an order.
This order, at its end, says "i accept and consent to these orders....' and has signature spaces.
If i sign this am I waiving my right to appeals and post trial motions?

I wouldn't sign anything unless your lawyer says it's ok to sign or unless the Judge says, you'll be in contempt of court and the Judge adds he'd lock you up or fine you for it if you didn't sign.

You are agreeing to the above stated contract. Final unless you can find a loop hole.
